OHS Prom 2023 Details

We are excited to announce our Oswego High School Prom 2023, Starry Night!

The Junior Class Council has put together a magical night under the night sky. Enter the ballroom to enjoy a memorable night of dancing and fun under the twinkly lights!

Our event will take place on April 29, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Bobak's Signature Events in Woodbridge. Students must enter by 7 p.m. Refunds will not be given to students who do not arrive on time. 

Ticket sales will start on Monday, March 13 at 7 a.m. and go until Friday, March 24 and 2:30 p.m. Tickets will ONLY be sold ONLINE and the venue has placed a 750 person cap this year on tickets. The deadline cannot be extended, so please don't wait until the last minute! Seating in the ballroom will be first come, first serve this year at prom. 

Guest passes will be available in the Dean's Office starting on Monday, February 27. Guest passes must be obtained for any guest that does not attend OHS. Additionally, underclassmen are not permitted to attend prom unless they are the guest of a junior or senior. In order for an underclassman to attend prom with a junior or senior, a guest pass must be filled out for the underclassman and turned into the Dean's Office. 

All guest passes are due by Wednesday, March 22 at 2:30 p.m. You will not be able to purchase a ticket for a guest until the guest pass is submitted to the Dean's Office and approved. We strongly encourage you to get any guest passes in as soon as possible. Guest passes will be processed in the order that they are received, and you will not be able to purchase a ticket for your guest until the morning after your pass is turned into the Dean's Office.

Students who have outstanding fees through the district will not be able to purchase tickets.

Students who have lost social privileges will not be able to purchase tickets. 

Students who are on the loss of privilege list should work with the appropriate Dean on how to gain back social privileges. 

 

Dance details: 

  • You must be able to show your current school ID or show the barcode from the Tyler app to enter the dance. If you need a current school ID, you can purchase one for $5 in the LRC Office. 
  • All ticketed guests must enter with the OHS student who purchased the ticket. All guests must have a photo ID to enter the dance. 
  • There are no refunds for prom. 
  • Dinner options: There will be a chicken dinner option and a vegetarian option available. You will choose your option when you purchase your ticket. Any allergies should be emailed to Mrs. Keto or Mrs. Kawulia.
