This airline is really good but the girl at the front desk who was about to take the bags is very bad in behaviour my aunt was flying from delhi airport to canada and she started asking questions and also behaving like she is an immigration officer and ask the id of the person who was in canada and asked for pr card not even other id, and she also said this is a protocol what if the other person is travelling for their own, if you are not abel to provide them. What they want then they strait ask you for money, what rubbish is this behaviour like what ever you are doing give the boarding pass and deposit the luggage i wish i could give them 0 star for their poor behaviour with an old lady and asking for bribe i hope the airline takes action against them…

The Check in to On boarding to Final destination pathetic experience. The staff and the hostess and hosts were also very rude, uneccesary harassment while checking in as well as boarding in . When we boarded the Aircraft was boiling hot and we were suffocated. When Asked no reply from the team. Dont at all plan any trips with Lot Polish Airlines pathetic airlines.…

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We have unfortunately booked non-refundable multiple journey tickets with LOT and had to endure the pain of travelling with them every single time! Never departed on time and never did we reach on time. So many delays and cancellations for a single flight and on repetitive basis. The service in flight is good. Nothing apart from it is good. Most unreliable airlines I flew with.never be baited with their prices. The price you pay for it later is lot costlier!…

I’m writing to commend two of your flight attendants, Antonio & Ilona, on LOT 9 on 5/23/24 to Miami. Both were exceptional. Not only did they provide me with excellent service, I observed how they interacted with the other passengers in Premium Economy. With each, they displayed a friendly & welcoming attitude, making each passenger feel special & appreciated. Each worked non-stop throughout the flight. LOT’s premium economy is the best I’ve experienced And, of ciudad, the excellent service added to what LOT’s Prenium Economy offers. I felt it was Very similar to business class (especially true with the 787-8) w real glassware, real cutlery, wet towels, two full meals with wine & liquor & ample snacks & sandwiches in-between. Good wine selection, including novel wines from Poland & Moldova even. The flight attendants (both sexes) were exceptionally helpful, friendly, well-groomed, young & professional. There are two dedicated bathrooms for Premium Economy passsenger use. Seats reclined well, were wide & w/ plenty of legroom. Overhead storage is ample. On my next flight to/from Europe, I’ll check LOT first. The price was significantly lower than other options. BTW, none of the “Priority Bags” came out first. As a matter of fact, they were amongst the last bags to come out. You may want to raise this important issue with MIA ss this is one of the main reasons for booking either Business Class or Premium Economy.…
