Fargo Reviews
Rating 4.15 out of 5 221 reviews
I am a college student in Fargo North Dakota. The city of Fargo serves as a great place to receive an education. With many restaurants, events, and work opportunities, Fargo leaves little to be desired for a student like me.
The renting and housing market is extremely high in regards to monthly payments. I currently pay $1115/month and it is going to increase in July of this year. We are also going to be adding water to our bills that wasn't previously added because of management change. There are two-three major rental companies that dominate this region and their rent to square foot ratio is high. The pet policies in place in this region is also very high with deposits per pet and pet monthly rent.
Fargo is a great midwestern town with growing economy, family living and safe. Most luxuries of a big city with a small town feel. Easy access to many interests with easy commute time.
