Established in September of 2002 in the heart of the PILSEN neighborhood, our patrons include local residents as well as those from other parts of the city. And even quite a few from out of state. 

 

We specialize in everything Hair with a VERY STRONG emphasis and understanding of the COLOR Process.

 

Our team leader is Master Stylist/Master Colorist Claudia Olvera. Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Claudia knew this would be her art from a very early age. After graduating with honors from Patrice Beauté Academy, she opened her first salon where she had much success. All the while developing and perfecting her own, unique style as well as a very in depth understanding of the art of Hair coloring. 

 

Claudia moved to Chicago in 2002 and opened Color Me Hair Salon in the Pilsen neighborhood. Her attention to detail coupled with her expertise in color allowed her to quickly establish herself as "The go to stylist/colorist" for those patrons who take pride in their appearance. Our list of clients ranges from the local college student to the Anchor and reporters of TELEMUNDO. We have even had the pleasure of providing service for a few Major League baseball players and their wives. Claudia and the salon were featured on a nationaly televised segment of ACCESO TOTAL, an entertainment and current affairs program on the Latin channel, TELEMUNDO.

 

Color Me Hair Salon is a bilingual/bicultural family owned salon. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed while still always maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
