The staff here was absolutely AMAZING. From the time I got there til checkout they always had my best interest in mind. Regardless of the language barrier they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Special thanks to Gizem who took care of me every night for dinner and her manager musa. I have been to this hotel very recently and from my arrival to my departure everyone was very helpful, friendly and kind. Bekir from the reception was there to assist me from my check in to my check out, Burhancan and Sahin have been helping me as well. I had the time to visit the bar at the top floor where Bülent and Serkan were great! Serkan at breakfast made sure everything was good for me. Eventually, Samet, Bell captain arranged everything for my departure day. Once again, the staff there creates a unique experience, very memorable stay! Thank you to everyone.

This was just a quick stop for us but an excellent choice. Hotel is clean and safe with decent security measures. 12 minutes from the airport and has a great rooftop bar overlooking the sea of Mamara. Staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would recommend this and would stay there again.

Very nice newer hotel! Great room with great views. Roof top bar is a plus as I can go there any time and have a cigar and coffee! Club is nice with good food and drinks! Staff are excellent and speak English good! Also, the staff are very smart and resourceful. I was stuck at the convention center and dealing with not so good taxi drivers. I got tired of it so i called hotel. They booked me a private car and had the driver get me picked up within in five minutes. I couldn't believe it! Also, got upgraded room with primo view. Bed is very good and very clean. Room service food was fast and good! Turkish coffee is the best! I always stay at marrotts. I highly recommend this hotel if flying into and out of SAW Istanbul airport. Only 15 minute drive. If other IST airport will be one hour drive pending traffic. No biggie, I arrived very early morning from USA. The staff not only got me a room at a great price but go me in the room by 9 am. In USA that hardly ever happens. Location over looks the port. As my business brings me back I will stay here again!

Extremely healthy and fitness friendly breakfast buffet ,hotel has good facilities and very friendly staff,front desk Nuray informed us about all facilities of the hotel and advantages of titanium membership .They really have a good team that makes you feel at home, the gym and spa are very clean, but the breakfast is incredibly healthy, average, I spend 100 nights staying in international Marriott hotels, but I have never had a breakfast that I was so satisfied with, there was avocado puree and quinoa, it was very delicious and my favorite The sweet rice pudding was also at the buffet, I was incredibly happy, I wholeheartedly congratulate the chefs.

Because of my job, I stayed in 5 different 5-star hotels, the best one I have stayed in is Pendik Marriott hotel, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, there is no other hotel that does its job so professionally, first of all, the breakfast is amazing, it is rare in terms of taste, it is rare and good, the attention of all the chefs, especially Mr. Aykut, the treats are delicious, Mr. Yunus, Mr. Ufuk in the welcome. Incredibly friendly Mr. Burhan at the reception, Mr. Burhancan and Mr. Alper at the reception are helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Samet, his interest in problem solving is excellent, it is surprising to gather so many professional people together. I would also like to thank Mr. Burak, the hotel manager. If you want to feel very special, the only hotel to choose on the Anatolian side is Pendik Marriott Hotel.
