- gr8ful4222Campbell, CA1,874 contributionsThis place is gorgeous, easily one of the best state parks I’ve visited. My favorite hike was right near the Visitor center and started from Upper Falls (incredibly picturesque), meandered through a beautiful gorge and then went through Old Man’s Cave, ending at the Visitor center. Super easy, and only 0.75 miles. But in general, this is a good park for hikers that are looking for easy hikes with great scenery. In particular, two of the prettiest hikes here are partly wheelchair accessible: Ash Cave trail and Conkles Hollow Gorge trail.
The Visitor center had an info desk with a person (park ranger?) to answer questions, exhibits, water, a gift store, restrooms, and large wall maps for the more popular trails. Very well done, and on par with many of the national parks I’ve visited.Written May 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kim REvansville, IN40 contributionsGreat time to go to see the colorful wildflowers in bloom. Paved path followed a creek. Not long. Last few steps to get to waterfall where a moderate path with rocks and needed to step over some flowing water to get next to waterfall - but you can stop before stepping over water and see everything just fine.Written April 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LessStuffMoreLifeBay City, MI108 contributionsThe trail is currently a two way trail due to the parking lot being under construction, so this trail could be hard to navigate during peak times when crowds are heavy. The path between the rocks is narrow and uneven, not too hard to navigate on a good day, but with two way crowds could get very congested. With the current set up, the waterfall is at the start of the trail, which is nice if you're in a hurry. Beautiful scenery. Don't forget to spot the hidden waterfall on your left as you come down.Written March 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Michele M2 contributionsA bit of a challenging hike. Incredible views around every corner. The rock house was really amazing to see. There was no signage, we just happened to see a few people inside the cave. Make sure you go inside the cave. Great way to get fresh air and excercise.Written May 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Lisa B.Ohio11 contributionsBeautiful hiking trail. It is a bit of a difficult hike but it is not a long trail. There are lots of steps, which can be slippery. The scenery is well worth the effort.Written May 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- poukalaMacomb, MI1,439 contributionsWe stopped in since we were next door at 58 West to sample the moonshine. They offer eight total, each person is allowed to taste up to four at $1 per taste. Between the two of us, we tried all of them. The four flavored were the best of any of them.Written May 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- poukalaMacomb, MI1,439 contributionsWe went Sunday at noon, the posted time for opening hours, yet, tehre were already people seated drinking wine. We sat outside in the garden like area, each having a flight then a glass of wine. Very serene atmosphere, great wines. I could spend hours there relaxing and enjoying the wines.Written May 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AliciaDayton, OH70 contributionsGreat experience! Took my 11 year old and he looooved it and did everything they had to offer. You got to go in the animal yard, pet the goats, sheep, and mini pigs. He brushed the goats, held a baby goat, and gave all the critters some love. The feed for the animals is served in an ice cream cone that the animals can eat too. No waste! Genius! He did the gem mining as well and got some cool gems. They had some other cool critters too. Fun place!!!Written October 15, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
