WWE Superstar Finn Balor has sent a message to Damian Priest following his win at WWE Backlash. The WWE Backlash event in France featured one of the best crowds in the promotion’s history. The fans were exhilarated on both nights – Friday on SmackDown and Saturday at Backlash. However, amidst the electrifying crowd, there was an intense confrontation involving a member of The Judgment Day.

Damian Priest won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship last month at WrestleMania 40. He cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Drew McIntyre. Actually, CM Punk attacked McIntyre, who had defeated Seth Rollins for the title, leading Priest to seize the opportunity and cash in his Money in the Bank contract, becoming the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Following his win, Damian Priest’s next challenger was Jey Uso. Uso earned the championship opportunity by winning a fatal four-way match on WWE RAW a few weeks ago. Prior to the game, Priest advised his faction, The Judgment Day, not to get involved in his business against Jey Uso.

At WWE Backlash, The Judgment Day intervened in the match as Jey Uso came close to winning the title multiple times. With their assistance, Damian Priest managed to retain his title. However, a shocking confrontation followed the match when Priest pushed off his faction members JD Mcdonagh and Finn Balor. Priest even grabbed Finn Balor’s face, but the situation was soon calmed down.

It appears that Finn Balor has not forgotten about Damian Priest’s actions. In fact, Balor recently posted an image of their confrontation on Instagram.
