This sequel to DRAGONARD is no better but more fun as it takes the first film's two broadest characters, Oliver Reed's Scotch bastard and Claudia Udy's crazy slut, and gives them more prominence in the story. Following the previous film's events, Captain Shanks (Reed) finds a way to have himself declared acting governor of the island, which provides the perfect chance for him to get revenge on Abdee (Patrick Warburton). Arabella (Udy), meanwhile, now has a way to indulge her perverted desires at whim by making herself an unwanted partner in the brothel owned by Madam Naomi (Eartha Kitt). Also joining the fray is LaFarge (Herbert Lom), a flamboyant pirate with his own grudge against Shanks.
Reed and Udy overact…
