Caroline Framke Variety It has the veneer of completism, but by the end of its final episode, "Supervillain" feels more like an exercise in curiosity that became too impressed with its own conclusions to convincingly support them. Feb 22, 2021 Full Review Shani Harris Culturess I have never been intrigued by anything that Tekashi 6ix9ine has done as an artist. But it was validating to have proof that his fake persona was the result of an elaborate shell game of smoke and mirrors. Mar 16, 2021 Full Review Martin Carr Flickering Myth In a time when anyone with a camera phone and Instagram account can stake their claim in the public eye, Supervillain shines a light into some dark recesses allowing audiences to draw their own conclusions. Mar 16, 2021 Full Review Andrew Parker The Gate Gill assembles a cautionary tale for the social media age; the story of a young man who mistook infamy and an overinflated sense of self for actual fame. Rated: 7/10 Feb 25, 2021 Full Review Nate Adams The Only Critic Karam Gill has assembled an authentic portrait of 6ix9ine's worldview from his early years to the present day. Mike S Worst thing I have watched in years. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/07/24 Full Review walter f ohh my god this was bad. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 09/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Entertaining to a degree. But what is so maddening is that he is one of the biggest snitches in the history of gangs and still alive? And he is still making and releasing music? You would think the gangs would have tracked his house down and dropped a bomb on it by now. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member https://youtu.be/y9MpwzM13MI Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member so i do not like 6ix9ine but the documentary is so interesting just so you know their is a ton of swears guns and nudity. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Omigod this is the worst Documentary I've ever seen in my life! Takashi says his name every other sentence as if it got stuck in a Mali flashback. His life is beyond boring and at some point you start to ask yourself what the heck am I even watching!
