Ruaidhri na Soighe Buidhe Ua Conchobhair

Roderic O'Conor (Rory O'Connor) was the son of Hugh O'Conor, King of Connaught, Ireland.

Roderick O'Conor had the nick-name Ruaidrí na Saide Buide "Rory of the Yellow Hound" or "Ruaidrí na Saide Buide" "Rory of the Yellow Birch" [1]

He had at least four wives [2]

Ruaidrí Ua Conchobair was also known as Ruaidrí na Saide Buide. His father, Áed in Gai Bernaig was a descendant of Conchobar mac Taidg Mór. His mother was Caillech Cáemgein.

Ruaidrí was married at least four times.

By an unknown wife, Ruaidri had a daughter, Rose, who married, as his second wife, Hugh de Lacy (Lacy-287). Rose and Hugh had a son William de Lacy.
