Unfortunately, if you haven’t added an email address to your account, you’re locked out. There’s no way for us to know if it’s your account and help you reset your password.
Before giving up completely, there are a few things you can try:
Check your computer browser history
Many browsers automatically save passwords when creating or logging into an account. If you logged into your account on a browser, it's worth checking to see if the password was saved.
Check your phone’s saved passwords
A lot of phones allow you to save passwords for apps you’ve downloaded and websites that you’ve visited. If you think your information may have been saved, double-check your phone’s settings. If you can log back in, you can add an email address to your account and reset your password.
