That´s also where I had a professional massage for the first time and I was amazed with the results (meaning, how good it did to my body and mind). It´s definitely a wonderful me-time everytime I go there. Helena always gives me and my friends (who also started going there) a warm welcome, she´s very polite and professional. The location is very central in Coimbra, not the easiest place to park the car, but super easy to reach on foot. It´s not a fancy overpriced hotel Spa, with inexperienced personell, as I had I few times. - Fioletowy P1 contributionI truly recommend Francisco!! I go to his place already since 4 years now. He’s the best of the best. The important part is that you can have a massage, reiki, or combine both for better effect. Same with regressive hypnosis, it helps a lot with chronic pain and diseases, getting to their origin and healing our traumas.
Francisco is a very kind person, and after all those years he’s already my friend 🙂
