What a fabulous short break we had. Monica and Maurice were there to welcome us in. Stayed on the 4th floor, room 447, opposite the life, rooms nicely decorated, great balcony, could even see the see.
Didn’t know how the restaurant would work out with the Covid restriction, but it was perfect. Different cereals, choice of hot breakfast, pastries all brought to your table by Christina and a young man(sorry I can’t remember your name). Nothing too ,ugh trouble.
Evening meals the same, 3 or 4 choices of starters, a main course, but if you didn’t fancy it you could choose off the main menu and 3 or 4 choices for desert.
Every where lovely and clean, sanitisers everywhere.
Would I go back again, in a heart beat -thank you

Researching the resort brought up some excellent reviews of the D'Annunzio, so following the old saying, If you can't beat them, join them..... We did.

Maurice, Monica & the rest of the staff could not have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Good wholesome food, plenty of it & a variety of alternatives if you did not want the set meal.

Obviously in these strange times certain things had to change, but the attention to the cleanliness and sanitisation protocols, with multiple stations put everybody at ease.

A lovely swimming pool out back or a short walk to the beach if swimming is your thing. The allocation of sunbeds has temporarily been taken over by the Mayor, they are still bookable at the hotel, but hopefully by next year will be back to normal.

The overriding point is that the hotel has many returning guests year after year and it's just recruited another 2

We visited this hotel in August as a family of 4 for a week. It was a last minute booking (due to COVID and our original holiday elsewhere cancelled).

Weather was good, a bit of rain on a few of the evenings and on our final day. We flew into Marco Polo airport, taxi transfer was painless and took less than an hour. Kids loved the pool, never any probs getting a sunbed (not sure if the hotel was full), bike hire is available and the bikes are in really good condition. Food was very good, plenty of choice - specials were tasty and waiter service (not sure if this was due to COVID or not). The staff were friendly & helpful, especially Maurice. The resort/beach is huge, plenty of shops and restaurants. Not a lot else to see other than that. Not many Brits about - but no problem with that!

We visited Venice for the day, it takes around an hour to get there via bus and ferry, it was very straightforward to do. Venice is a beautiful city, very quiet (for Venice) at the moment so great for sightseeing without the crowds. And a discounted gondola ride!

During our stay we visited the pirate themed crazy golf nearby which the kids enjoyed. We hired a rickshaw which was good fun.

We’ve visited different regions of Italy before and whilst we enjoyed Jesolo for what is it - a pleasant beach resort, its not got the same Italian feel as other popular Italian holiday destinations. But we wanted a sunny beach holiday with the kids and that’s what we got! We had a lovely time.

I stayed here with my cousin for a week. We arrived on the first day of the season along with lots of returning guests and it was chaotic. Maurice and the rest of the staff were always very pleasant throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble for them. We didn't purchase the air con as it was €50 per week and we were on a very tight budget but managed fine with the door/window open. The rooms are small but we're adequate enough for us. The hotel food portions are huge and you can pretty much have anything you want to eat as the menu is extensive. Breakfast was a bit of a let down but we always found something or popped over the road for fresh pastries. We got the ferry to Venice for €25pp which we thought was really good value for money and a lovely trip. The beach has free deck chairs to utilize which is a nice touch. The only issue we had was when out and about walking in the evening mosquitoes were swarming in the air and we were bitten quite a lot even though we were using insect repellent. I had no issues with the hotel but probably wouldn't return to the area as we found there wasn't a massive amount to do for our age range, the resort seemed to cater to the older generations. We did enjoy crêpes and found a karaoke bar that was interesting to say the least!oh and one oddity we noticed was that the hotel plays the Michael buble Xmas album daily. We missed the hotel quiz as it started 15 minutes early so we were a little bit disappointed by that.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, the staff were so friendly and were always available to assist with anything. The hotel was a lovely size not too big, and was kept spotlessly clean with a maid coming in everyday to change bedding and towels. They definately had their work cut out for them with my three messy teenagers! we only ate breakfast there but there was a variety to choose from, with the waitress remembering what everyone liked to eat. The pool was a good size, with lots of area for shade. The location of the hotel was amazing right next to the beach and waterpark, venice was about 30 mins on the bus. In all we had an amazing holiday and will be going back . A big thankyou Maurice!

We've just returned from the D'Annunzio hotel after a one week stay. We have been to the resort twice before but not to this hotel. The hotel is really well placed on the main strip and close to the water park. Venice is only a 1 hour trip with 30 minute bus ride and 30 minute boat ride for 25 euros return. The room was a good sized and cleaned every day. The room contained a free safety box and air con which needs to be hired for 10 euros per day. The hotel has a good sized pool and smaller whirlpool and has free sun loungers. We never had a problem getting a lounger at any time of day. The hotel also has a section on the beach which is a 5 minute walk away and costs 10 euros a day to hire sun beds. We had bed and breakfast with the breakfast having a good selection but table service rather than buffet so order wisely ! There is also a lunch snack service around the side of the pool and the bar is open all day for drinks. The best thing about the hotel by far was the staff led by Maurice. The waitresses work really hard delivering drinks to you round the pool etc. We would definitely visit the hotel again and would highly recommend.

As a family of five, we had a wonderful stay here in the last week of the 2023 Summer season. The hotel was always kept spotless and our rooms were cleaned every day, and our towels were replaced daily, too. The beds are nice and firm. The staff were fantastic and treated us very well. We stayed half board, and found the food plentiful. From the menu, you choose your evening meals for the next day. There is a wide choice for starters, mains and dessert. Breakfast was great. Fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, toast, bacon, eggs, etc. My advice is to take a photo of what you selected to save you trying to remember what you all chose. We divided our time between the pool, the glorious beach and the lovely seaside town of Lido di Jesolo.

Late September is a great time to visit: there are fewer crowds on the beach and the daytime temperatures are a bearable 23 - 26C if you don't like the sweltering highs of summer. An evening walk along the strip is highly recommended. At this stage of the season, the evenings are pleasantly warm and the nights were cool enough that we didn't require use of the air conditioning. Remember to pack mosquito repellent as they are out in force!

Of course, if you're in this area, you must visit Venice. You can get there via a 30 minute bus ride on the No 5 that will take you to Punta Sabbioni where you will board a boat to Venice. The boat trip takes around 35 minutes, and is a scenic way of arriving in the ancient city. We paid €25,20 for a round trip ticket. Make sure you research travelling by bus in Italy. You have to buy tickets before you board. You can't buy them from the driver.

All in all, I doubt that we would have stayed in a better hotel in the area. Special mention must go to Maurice, Monica and Brenda for all their great work making this hotel the best I've ever stayed in. Here was a hotel experience with absolutely no negatives. I highly recommend Hotel D'Annunzio.

What can I say.......
Pros
Excellent staff very accommodating, cheerful and happy.
Hotel in general lovely
Very clean throughout
Great location

Cons
Air con 10 euros a day
Food plentiful however very carb overload
Check out very early 9am
Small room

I felt complied to write a review on the stay at hotel. First impression was a feeling of neing very welcomed and felt immediately at rest. Our room was small (104) however you dont spend time in the room. The hotel was spotless a great credit to Maurice and his team.
I have to say I was so very impressed with the team after our flight back home was cancelled and they were very accommodating in allowing us to remain in our room until Sunday when the flight home was arranged.Thank you Maurice. The food was plentiful however carb overload but good portions. Overall a great hol and hotel.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by Maurizio and Monica. Together with Brenda, they couldn't do enough for us (and everyone else) even getting up to give us drinks and snacks at 4am on our departure day!
The rooms are pleasant, bathroom modern, large balcony (room 234). We went half board and for every mealtime there was always plenty of choice and large portions.
The pool area is modern and well equipped with beds and plenty of sheltered spots when the sun gets too much.
The hotel is perfectly positioned, approx 3 mins walk away from the beach and directly on the main piazza, which is full of hotels, restaurants, gelaterias and supermarkets.

If we had a small fridge in the room to keep water cool, that would have been the cherry on the cake.

We will definitely return, mainly due to the location and the hospitality of the owners.

Tip: if you prefer the beach, buy yourself a parasol for €10 rather than spending a fortune on hiring one for the week!

Highly recommended 👌

Me and my partner stayed here a couple of weeks ago, the hotel was lovely and the owners were really friendly.. it was good that they had a deal with the beach so that we could get it cheaper, 10euros for 2 beds and a brolly is quite well priced compared to lots I've been to before. Excellent location, lots of bars and restraunts, couple of mins to the beach and to the waterpark, nice bar area downstairs.
The room we had was on the 1st floor and was directly above the kitchen, so this was a disappointment because it was noisy and not relaxing, also no view. The safe was free which was good but the air con was 10 Euros a night so abit much, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room so that was a let down, pool was lovely but sunbeds were very uncomfortable so didn't spent much time there. Breakfast wasn't great at all, it was only on until 9.15 and only got offered bacon eggs ham cheese and toast. But it was all table service so took a long time to ask for what you wanted , the toast was cold and hard by the time everything else came so it was a shame only went for breakfast once so was a waste in that sense.
Overall, nice stay and nice staff

I think if we had a good balcony it would have made the holiday the best, would consider staying again and would recommend to family and friends although without breakfast.
