Meet Sheriff Scott Frank

I began my Law Enforcement career over 25 years ago at the Iosco County Sheriff’s Office as a Corrections Officer in 1995.  In 1996, I graduated from Northern Michigan University and attended their NMU Regional Police Academy.  I became a certified Police Officer in October 1996, when I was hired as a road patrol deputy here in Iosco County.  Over all those years I have been privileged enough to serve in many different aspects of law enforcement including dispatcher, corrections officer, school liaison deputy, township deputy, K-9 police officer, sergeant and currently as your Iosco County Sheriff.  I believe that I bring a unique perspective to the Sheriff’s Office due to working in all these varying roles in my career.  As your Sheriff, I vow to continue the tradition of professionalism, honor and integrity within the Iosco County Sheriff’s Office.   I will continue to work together with my team of Undersheriff Charles (Chuck) H. Allen Jr. and Jail Administrator Capt. Brian J. Golden and take the Sheriff’s Office a step further into the 21st century.
