Registration for Current Pre-K-8 Summer Learning 2024 Closes on May 5, 2024

We are excited to finalize our summer learning student registration! Registration will close on Sun., May 5, 2024, for all pre-K-8 summer learning programs, including Dual Language and Young Scholars. Please visit ACPS Summer Learning for All 2024 website to register. Please note that we are unable to accept late registrations, so families should make every effort to register by the deadline. Students needing special education ESY summer learning, please reach out to your child's case manager.

All pre-K-8 students who register by May 5, 2024, will receive the following communications through ParentSquare about their enrollment and transportation:

• May 31: Families will receive a confirmation message through ParentSquare.
  • This communication will state the name of the summer program the student has been registered for, address of the summer site, dates, hours and point(s) of contact information.
  • Families will then have an opportunity to state if their child will need transportation to a recreation program after summer learning, based on the Transportation Recreation document.
  • Transportation is automatically provided to/from the student’s home and the summer site, based on the address found in PowerSchool.
• June 20: Families will receive transportation information that includes the bus stop location, as well as the pick-up and drop off times.
