Gary Numan – Living Ornaments '79 And '80

The cover of the '79 vinyl (at least in my copy, with a shiny box but the vinyls within having non- shiny matte style covers) is the misprinted version. I also have a single copy of Living Ornament's '79 misprint, I compared it with the one in this box set and they are identical (with the exception of the texture as mentioned). I thought a few owners may be interested to know this. The misprint for those that don't know, has the drummer on the left (when looking at it), the guitarist on the right and Gary Numan at the front with the microphone showing on the left side (his right side), since he's stood with his arms folded. The 'correct' print has the opposite- the drummer right side, guitarist left side and Gary Numan's microphone to the right of him (his left). It's clear that the misprint described is the incorrect photo to the original, due to Gary Numan being right handed, so to have a microphone in his left hand (showing on the right with his arms folded) wouldn't be correct. It isn't rare to have this reverse image/ mirror image copy, there are lot's floating around, but still a fun fact and fun to see which version you may have!
