John Swett High School Reviews
Rating 3.64 out of 5 88 reviews
My 4 year journey at John swett high school after being in the district since kindergarten was full of adventure and fun. Since I had gone there for so long, I basically knew everyone there so I had a connection even if it was the slightest with all my peers. Even the under class men, I was able to make friends with them and make them feel included in different aspects of school life. The small population of the school is definitely something I like because then everyone knows everyone in some way or the other making it one large community. The teachers have always wanted best for their students as well as making sure that everyone is caught up and not being left behind in any way whether it is academic or social life related. The counselors have made their offices a comfort spot almost or more of a way to take a break from anything. They are always ready to listen and take into account what we need help with and how to better prepare us for our futures.
For my freshman year, I didn't go to school due to COVID but for the past years I think John Swett High school is well diverse school. It's very small school yet everyone knows each which is great. It is also fun to be there and you'll never get bored.
I like the way most teachers teach. Their teaching techniques are good and they also love to get us involved in activities. They give us the help if needed. However, I'm not satisfied with the fact that they act like they care about our mental health when in reality they don't care.
