"The Christmas golf cart parade is really neat. It’s unique to the neighborhood and people from outside the area come to see it. Lots of people dress up and throw candy. Decorated carts etc. great fun. "

"The Golf community is awesome. The cleanup after hurricane Ian went very quickly do to neighbors helping each other and the park management bringing in many contractors to get things done."

"Its more of a retirement community with many 55 and over communities. There are great restaurants and shopping and not far from boca grande beach. It is very safe here. The traffic is a lot less than naples or ft myers."

A lot of people here are from other places, I have yet to meet a true blood Floridian, which I would like too. "If you're looking for a piece of paradise Deep Creek is the most desirable, deed restricted, community around. I've lived here 9 years and love how quiet it is, but yet close to everything. It's such a safe and friendly neighborhood! "

"safe, well kept home and yards by owners. Canal by all homes with boat docks with lifts. Very good restrictive covenants which are enforced. Roof tiles, drives, etc. all coded, checked and enforced by city. Dogs do not run loose and are on leaches only. no fences allowed. Neighbors all professionals. "
