Booking is easy and have lots of cheap options to choose from

Booking is easy and have lots of cheap options to choose from. I received the confirmation right away after payment. Other provider takes a while before they send the booking which makes you worry. With FlightNetwork, you dont have to worry about that. Thank you so much!

Use British Airways App Directly

Loads of extra fees and then the algorithm added £87 after I hit 'pay' claiming 'increased demand'. You will pay several times higher than Flight Network's advertised price. USE THE BRITISH AIRWAYS APP directly as I should have done. I don't think I'll ever use a third party site again but will buy direct from the airline in every case

Best service, lowest price

Very useful website

Very useful website. However, got a sudden charge that was not disclosed until at the point payment had been processed. I wish I knew it earlier.

made the changes in a local currency…

made the changes in a local currency and not the currency of my bank, there was no option to change it. got charge 10£ more than expected because of the exchange rate.

Booking Made Easy

It was easy to find the flights I wanted for a great price and to book my tickets. There were so many options for an additional cost and it took me some time to find the option to decline some of the options. I also had to reserve a seat in order to determine that there was an additional charge, then had to back up and start my reservation over, to delete the seat assignment and thus save over $200.
The process flowed well from there, and I appreciated the three payment options, and the ease with which I was able to change my payment from debit/credit to PayPal.
The email confirmations that I have received arrived in a timely manner and the information is accurate and complete.
Overall a good experience with a learning curve that will streamline the process when I book my next flights.

Dishonest

I found a flight for a good price and went through all of the booking process. When I submitted my payment, a message came up that the price of my flight had changed and that it was now going to be $70 more. Not wanting to pay this, I went through the entire process again with the flight appearing at the original price when I searched, and again it changed at the last minute when I went to pay. I found this very misleading and dishonest and was disappointed as I’ve always been a fan of Flight Network. I’m a very busy mom with young kids and don’t have time for silly tricks like that.

It Was just easy to follow. Simple instructions and everything progressed easily.

The only issue was you could not go backwards.

I made a payment by my debit card

I made a payment by my debit card. I don’t know how it went through but while payment with your website, I didn’t get any OTP on my phone the payment cut by it self from my account. Why I feel that something is not good and you save my card details too

Awful

We booked flights to vegas dec 2022 after always using flight network , the flights were via 2 airports and took approx 16 hrs , we then received an email changing our flights so we would lose 16 hours of our 4 day trip making it not worth going , we were offered to cancel with a refund which we accepted .. we have been chasing our £1,052 ever since and told constantly that it’s being looked into. The company is a joke especially when we were frequent customers!

Flight prices doubling in price as soon as I am about to pay

I've been booking different flights between different countries for my upcoming European trip Multiple times I have been getting to the end of the booking process, about to pay, and "suddenly" the ticket prices have doubled. My recent one between Copenhagen and Bergen, Norway, went from around $170 to $280 within 30 seconds of me clicking on the original fare. It suddenly said that due to growing demand in the flight the prices were going up. It's nighttime in most of Europe right now, so I doubt heaps of people were suddenly looking at the exact fare I was. And even if they were, first in first serve. If it says one price at the beginning, it should've double just because someone is looking at it; that's false advertising. I might have bought a ticket on the previous day that might now be actually cheaper, but I won't be able to know that until I'm actually paying. It's pretty misleading.
I've also been having issues with the paying process where it will suddenly say "Oh there's a glitch in the payment process" and I have to start again and again.
