Flight prices doubling in price as soon as I am about to pay

I've been booking different flights between different countries for my upcoming European trip Multiple times I have been getting to the end of the booking process, about to pay, and "suddenly" the ticket prices have doubled. My recent one between Copenhagen and Bergen, Norway, went from around $170 to $280 within 30 seconds of me clicking on the original fare. It suddenly said that due to growing demand in the flight the prices were going up. It's nighttime in most of Europe right now, so I doubt heaps of people were suddenly looking at the exact fare I was. And even if they were, first in first serve. If it says one price at the beginning, it should've double just because someone is looking at it; that's false advertising. I might have bought a ticket on the previous day that might now be actually cheaper, but I won't be able to know that until I'm actually paying. It's pretty misleading.
I've also been having issues with the paying process where it will suddenly say "Oh there's a glitch in the payment process" and I have to start again and again.

misleading website
Charged return ticket but issued one ticket when I made complain about it they refunded my money after deducting administrative cost which is not fair. I made an official complaint about it. Please be careful if you would like to book a ticket from flightnetwork.com

Additionnal fees before confirmation, high demand

Yesterday, when I reserved my tickets, thinking I was on Expedia site, I had to confirm after fill out all information, but a message appear telling they add fees (30-40$) to the original invoice, because high demand. I reserved anyway but my 4 girlfriends was on the real site Expedia and they reserved lower price. I was a little angry.

No familiar website

No familiar website, layout is piching in the eyes. Very difficult interface of the website....other all website are not charging for credit card payment. This is first time in my 10 yrs traveling history you guys are charging for credit card payment. This is not acceptable very wrong.

not quite what it seemed

The options presented flight wise and cost looked good but when I went to book the flights it turns out the 2nd flight (of 2) ended up with extra costs for checked in luggage where as the first flight book has this included so the true cost of a comparable flight wasn't there - made it much dearer that originally seemed, then the site wouldn't work - said there was maintenance so I couldn't finish booking the flight. Ended up booking through a different provider.

Sharp practices!! Beware!

Riped me off with a price increase between confirming order and payment.

Please note that the prices you can see on our website originate from the international booking system where they are uploaded by the airline companies. DO NOT USE…

Accidentally booked flights through this website instead of directly with airline. We then needed to make a change to one pax flight. They were very difficult to deal with on the phone - had a technical issue and asked us to call back. We called back and then they said we weren’t allowed to make changes - but the fare rules allowed for changes for a fee which we were happy to pay. Then he didn’t like what we requested and hung up.

Better to book direcly from Air line

Better to book direcly from Air line. I missed to book for 1 Pax and only booked flight for 1 in stead of 2 in total. Then i booked another Pax's flight with same flight as of the first (direcly through Airline) in 10 minutes of gap and it was cheaper than FlightNetwork. (3,500 INR difference).

Steer clear

had problems checking in on line as the email / airline reference was not recognised and despite Flight network staff having the same problem they just washed their hands of the problem

Appreciate Superb Services by FlightNetwork.

I booked a return ticket through Flightnetwork on 11.05.24. Received the tickets in email. While chatting I asked the agent, how much extra, I need to pay, if I change my date of return.He gave amount same as the original booking. I did not approve the change of date as it was too expensive. I noticed same amount has been deducted again from my account and a rescheduled ticket with no change was sent on my email. I chatted to raise my concern, but I was reassured that they will investigate & get back to me.I was asked to wait for 3 days for the reserve money to reverse in your account. I am glad to see reversal of my payment in my account. I regret for being impatient. I appreciate prompt, honest and superb services by FlightNetwork. Will recommend and will not hesitate to rebook my future flights through them. Regards. Dr.Syed Ilyas.
