NOTE: I TRAVELLED IN AUGUST 2022, NOT JULY 2023. I travelled from America to Canada and back by this airline. It is good but average I should say. I travelled from Dulles-Vancouver via Denver. I just loved how their Boeing 777 and 737. The food was good, and the legroom was amazing. On my first flight from Dulles-Denver, my TV screen and remote were broken and my window was also broken, and not able to pull it down. I hope they fixed this though. Everything was good on my 2nd flight from Denver-Vancouver. On my return flight, our stopover changed from Denver to Chicago, but I don't know why. On my first flight from Vancouver-Chicago, was amazing. Inflight entertainment was good, and legroom was ok. On my second flight from Chicago-Dulles, it was also good, but I slept mostly throughout the flight.…

I returned on the NCL Epic cruise line on Saint Patrick’s Day. I UberXLed from the NCL Epic to MCO. I checked into my United Airlines flight UA2245 from MCO to IAD on my iPhone United app, therefore, I had my boarding passes on my iPhone. I dropped off my luggage at the Premier bag drop desk, which went smoothly. Our TSA pre-check also went smoothly. My flight was at gate 44, which was conveniently located adjacent to United’s club near gate 43. Being Premier Platinum I was in Group 1 for boarding my flight. We boarded and departed on time. Our flight was full. We were not upgraded on this flight. I had my favorite exit row aisle seat 20C, which has extra leg room since I am 6’2” tall. When we arrived at IAD our luggage arrived at luggage carousel 1, which was at the far end of the terminal. UA2245 arrived on time. Overall UA2245 was a good flight. My round trip IAD-MCO flights cost $353, which I thought was expensive since I have purchased much lower cost round trip flights to MCO in the past.…

I want to share a great experience with United Airlines on May 24, 2024. While boarding in a connection flight from Lisbon to Newark-USA, I fainted and vomited due to a food poison. I have no words to describe how caring United’s team was with me. United’s team took me out of the flight however honored my next flight with no additional costs. One of the United’s employees called Pedro Abecasis took care of me. Pedro collected my luggage and stayed with until my family came to pick me up at Lisbon Airport. I want to Thank You all: Joana Grilo Pedro Abecasis, Julia Marcatti, Vanildo Lopes Jose Sousa. I highly recommend United Airlines: AMAZING customer service, good food, clean and very comfortable.…

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!! I was supposed to fly from Guatemala City to Dublin via Chicago but the flight was delayed so I missed my connection flight. When we landed in Chicago staff just made the announcement that they do not pay anything (no hotel, no taxi, nothing) due to a delay in weather which is a lie, other passengers said that as well several times, after some time one of the staff, who were fed up and rude as hell said well yeah there were also some technical issues. My flight was 18h later so obviously I wouldn't want to wait that long over night at the airport and had to pay more than 100USD to get to and sleep at the xheapest motel nearby. The staff at the desk ridiculously handed out a flyer with a QR code to a hotel with "reduced rate" and I asked them about it as it didn't work on anyone's phone, after a while they were telling each other that this does not work so i politely replied that this is ridiculous and the staff took this sheet out of my hand and said "this is a courtesy of UA", I started laughing as it didn't work anyway, like thanks for absolutely nothing. At the airport later on for the new flight I learnt that I just had a standby ticket which cost me even more nerves not knowing if I make it home now or in 7 more hours. This is such a joke, in Europe airlines will have to pay expenses for a hotel room, a taxi there and your meal, welcome to the US, a third world country with a gucci belt and 0 consumer rights, badically a legislation just to ef over normal people and benefit cooperations, never again!!!!!…
