This means you don’t have to wait for delivery and can even order in-store if your item is out of stock. But how does Click and Collect work?
We’ve made our Click and Collect service really simple to access for our customers. All you need to do is place an order online or in-store - if they don’t have what you want in stock already, choose Click and Collect, pay and then your order will be processed.
You’ll then get a text - usually within an hour, however, this may be longer in peak periods,, telling you your order is ready to collect from your local store. Don’t worry if you can’t collect right away, we keep your order for 5 days so you can pop in when it’s convenient for you. It’s handy to have your reference number at the ready when you get to the store so we can locate your order quickly.
