The Knutsford Court was selected for a training seminar and it was a great choice! The team was very responsive from the first query to requests for last minute changes to the room setup. This greatly contributed to the success of our event. The food was well prepared & presented with generous portions, delivered on schedule and always hot. The wait staff was polite, attentive and delayed service on request to avoid interruptions. We were satisfied and our seminar attendees were very happy with the venue and service. Kudos to the entire team!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, very pleasant and helpful . WE had breakfast every day and were more than satisfied with the variety of food provided. The evening menu was just as varied and catered for all types of diets. Again the staff in the restaurant couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Our only complaint is that there was not a kettle in our room to make that 1st daily cup of coffee. We would definitely use the Knutsford Court Hotel again.

My husband and I stayed at the Knutsford Court for 3 weeks in January 2005. We found it to be clean, safe and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and courteous especially Craig. Would have preferred full breakfast rather than continental. I had a junior Suite which was adequate for my needs but pillows in room awful in fact very "flat". There is a taxi driver called shaggy (Movie Star) whom should be avoided as he charged me $1500 (JD) to go to Constant Springs shopping mall (5 mins) and wait whilst I went into shop to collect goods. This should infact be no more than $500 as informed by the locals. Knutsford Court needs to bar him from operating from the premises. The pool needs a bit of glamour to make it more appealing. Restaurant and room service is excellent. Also I welcomed the computer facilities to pick up my emails. Overall when I visit Jamaica again I will definetely try to stay again at this hotel. …

We hosted our yearly awards luncheon at the Knutsford Court Hotel and it was nothing short of amazing!! The staff was friendly, the food was to die for and the set up was breath-taking. I would recommend this place to persons who are seeking to experience quality service at an affordable price. Special shout out to the Operations Manager, Saran Hutchinson, who ensured that we were well taken care of. Also, big up to the banqueting staff members; especially, Latoya and Marjorie for catering to our every need! See you next year!

We had an unplanned stay at the Knutsford in early March, after being the victims of an apartment rental scam. We were driving around, trying to find a place to stay, and stopped at the Knutsford. My daughter and I walked into the lobby and were greeted by Sonnette at the front desk. She listened to our story and then: showed us a room; called two other hotels (not linked to the Knutsford) to check on availabilities; and - finally - when we returned after visiting the other hotels, put us in a fantastic room that was just perfect for us. She did all of this with a smile, as though it were the most natural thing in the world to help us out. Thank you, Sonnette! Throughout the rest of our stay, other staff at the reception, in the restaurant, and in the parking lot were also lovely. We stayed in the newly renovated section of the hotel that is right beside the pool. The room was clean and well appointed, the pool was perfect, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I spent two days here and was so surprised and happy with the way the staff and accommodations were. From the front desk to the dining room to the pool were so pleasant and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and the shower was to die for lol. A big shout out to Jonelle, Lascelles, Horacio, Errol and Benji the life guard. I am so sorry I took so long to write my review I couldn’t find the names of the staff and I really wanted to say thank you to them. I will see you guys the next time I am in Ja and I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay that is affordable. God bless

We have stayed at the Knutsford for a couple of years and met Tyrone, who is our dedicated driver to and fro the place where we work, as well as on weekend trips out of town. He is reasonably priced, on time, and drives a very clean vehicle. Actually, he has both a van and a saloon car which makes it easier to accommodate our big group. We request his services every time we are in Kingston. His dry sense of humour is also much appreciated!

Stayed at this cozy and friendly hotel while visiting Kingston for a conference. Very decent breakfast and restaurant food, caring staff (thank you Kimani and Jonelle), clean and well maintained infrastructure. Nice small pool was my favorite hangout during the stay.

I recently visited Kingston to conduct several business meetings. I stayed at the Knutsford Court Hotel and my experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very professional and polite. Food in the melting pot was amazing. Looking for my next visit in summer.

I stayed here for 3 nights on business. On arrival I gave an imprint of my credit card as normal. During my stay I did not use my card anywhere else in Jamaica. Shortly after my departure I received a call from my bank to say that my card had been used to buy flights with Virgin and efforts to buy flights with Sky Blue had been blocked. Unfortunately I am £660 out of pocket as the first payment was accepted. My card details must have been used by a member of staff as at no time was it out of my possession and I did not use this card before or after. Luckily the bank blocked most of the transactions. I e-mailed the hotel but they never answered. I think it is despicable that a hotel can do this to you and feel that they should have, at the very least, the grace to apologise.

Hi, the Knutsford is in New Kingston by Emancipation Park. Trenchtown is about 4-5 miles away and with the poor road traffic, usually takes 20 minutes to get there. I would not recommend going to visit Trenchtown unless you are with a local familiar with that area. Stay safe. Enjoy!
