We went to the New England Dragway in Epping NH and needed a hotel for the night. This was an express deal on priceline booked as we were leaving the races.

This was just a short ride away and we were happy to see it was very close to Hampton Beach as well because we planned to take a drive through there the next day.

Pool was open for an hour or so after arrival so the kids swam before bed.

Our room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was hot, good and included with our stay.

I was also able to run over to hannaford grocery store the next morning to grab mimosa supplies ♡

We will absolutely stay here again when we are up in the area.

All hotels in this area as well as closer to the coast, seem to double in price for the weekend. So we used points to stay here on a Friday night and although we thought it was too many points, overall our stay was fine. The suites are 2 small rooms but comfortable, well designed with contemporary decor and it was very clean. The hotel was quiet and staff were friendly and did an excellent job. It was a short drive into charming Exeter which is worth a visit too with some good restaurants. We had a good night's sleep and it was only an hour on the expressway to Logan airport in Boston the next morning.

We stayed for two nights and over all it was a good trip. The room was small but it worked, we were very busy. No complaints about cleanliness, seemed spotless. Breakfast was fine, no home runs but plenty of food and choices. Very quiet and we both slept well. My only complaint is a big bowl of green water that greeted you as you enter, to disinfect room entry cards, seemed to scream Covid. At this point we, like many others are trying to get back to a vacation and figure how to navigate all this. You folks could do this behind the desk, and not be a reminder the second one enters.

Our room was extremely noisy when we arrived late afternoon. Desiring a rest we requested a room on the other side of the building. We were told to come back in a couple hours if the room was still noisy and they would move us. We were unable to rest after our long drive due to the noise level. We tried to contact the manager by phone and email and it took over 24 hours to get an email in response. The email was condescending and inaccurate. It was a perfect example of a manager with no customer service training. Seriously, it could be used as a training example. It was insulting. Additional training and monitoring is necessary. In addition to that issue fixtures such as air conditioning were poorly maintained. The unit would blow ice cold air and then heat at the end of the cycle regardless of the temperature setting. In fairness, though we did not complain about this issue after experience with management. We decided to make the best of our two night stay. We will never stay at this hotel again. A manager should always be available or employees should be empowered to make simple decisions.

The BEST. Great rooms, new/updated, very clean, the housekeeping staff are the nicest, kindest folks you’ll meet. They helped me with so much, and have hearts of gold. They truly helped make me feel welcomed and cared for. Cheers to the best housekeeping team a hotel could ask for! I will be back for the fall season. All the staff smiles, and today a smiles goes so far. Best hotel! Oh the pool was fun, and free brekky in the AM. Great location to all things Exeter, and near Portsmouth, and Ogunquit, Maine.

Management, please know how awesome your Housekeeping staff are. They are the secret sauce to your hotel. Nothing but respect!

My wife and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn Portsmouth Exeter last week. It was what you would expect from a travelers, one night, hotel. The rooms were decent sized, clean and perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. The included breakfast was the standard fair. It is 15 minutes from Portsmouth.

Excellent stay in Exeter. From the minute I arrived until checkout…. Very clean and consistent service. Daily maid service. Breakfast was also a nice plus in a town with very limited dining choices. A quiet stay with no notable negatives. If I ever come back will stay again

Had to spend several nights in New Hampshire (long story short) after quarantining for 84 days at home. The Exeter Fairmont had no provisions to protect guests from COVID 19 infection. While my husband and I wore masks, the woman at the front desk did not. There was no plastic screen between us. The only concession to the pandemic was a container full of some sort of cleaner into which you were supposed to drop your key cards upon leaving. We also found hairs in the sink and between the sheets. In North Conway, the Hampton Inn provided free masks at the door with a hand sanitizing station and all the staff I saw wore masks. The front desk had plexiglass shields between agent and guests. I realize New Hampshire is a Republican state and that not wearing a mask is supposed to be a political statement for some conservatives. Well, they can make political statements all the way to the poor house. Here's hoping we don't have to travel again until there is a vaccine!!!

I take training courses at Sig Sauer Academy in Epping - 10 minutes away from the Fairfield. Conveniently located, cheerful, clean with nice people working there and at a good reasonable price..... what more could you ask for ??? Oh, I forgot to mention the free breakfast in the morning is very tasty and filling !!!

We booked into this hotel to take advantage of the SIG Sauer corporate rate while attending the SIG Sauer Academy in Epping, New Hampshire. While the people there were very friendly and helpful, the facilities left some to be desired. Our first room was on the ground floor. It was very musty, and what was billed as a king bed was only a queen. In the middle of the first night, the Air Conditioning failed. We reported it in the morning on our way out to the Academy. Coming back that evening, it hadn't been fixed. Apparently the maintenance staff had buggered off somewhere. They did change us to a third-floor room. Again, there was a musty smell to the room, though not as bad as the one on the first floor. The "king" was again a queen. The beds were not that comfortable. We will be looking at the other two SIG Sauer partnered hotels and probably won't stay at this hotel again unless the other two are full.
