When we got here to see if the hotel had luggage hold we were greeted by Greisa, she was amazing very sweet , Kind and welcoming. The hotel room was excellent very comfy and homey. Mini kitchen and refrigerator had a desk where you can work and also have a laundry room and gym . All around 10/10 we will be staying again next time we are in Miami !!! Staff was amazing to all shifts !! Thank y’all !

Disappointing overnight stay. Waited 45 minutes for their shuttle from airport. We were the last people to be picked up. Everyone else came and went. Room was a suite which we didn’t need as it was just for the night but the rate was competitive. Basic mini kitchen. Horrible plastic lounge chair which was no doubt made for hospitals. Towels were paper thin and like sandpaper. Very surprised to see a sign saying they only clean rooms once a week. TV was mounted in the most inconvenient location making watching from the bed impossible. Desk was too large for the room and again was probably intended for an office. We were denied a one hour late checkout which only compounded the decision to not frequent this business again. This is an older property probably from the 1980’s and in most ways it is still back in that decade.

Great experience at Candlewood Suites at NW 36th St. Well located, very clean and most important a very professional staff assisting the guests since their arrival.
Rooms are well designed and very complete, which makes your stay more comfortable. My room was ample and had a working space area, and as all rooms, a complete kitchen in case you wish to prepare any dish. If you need laundry self-serve, then you have it!
Parking is not an issue, as you have plenty of space, with security in the premises.
Staff headed by Adriana, is always there for you with a smile.
Strongly recommended!

We stayed here for just one night after our cruise and prior to flying out of Miami airport.
The hotel is new and beautifully appointed throughout. The suite was very spacious, very clean and of an extremely high standard.
There was a nice pool to the side of the property and breakfast was taken in the restaurant attached to the hotel.
The hotel staff were amazingly helpful. Owen and Camila went out of their way to help me. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel.
I would highly recommend Candelwood Suites

Stayed Candlewood suites after arriving from UK. Amenities great and what was really surprising and beneficial was that the hotel has opened a relaxed restaurant and bar next door to add to its facilities Prime 36 Cafe. It was only its second day so was finding its feet operationally. It was busy but not over crowded. They had run out of burgers so we shared a pizza which was excellent. The restaurant also provides breakfast. This is a welcome addition to the facilities. Whilst the shuttle did not work for us, as we did not want to wait after travelling all day, it was 17$ for a taxi. I would recommend the hotel.

We really liked this as a layover for us before leaving for Jamaica the next day. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We asked about the restaurant next door and they informed us kitchen was closing in 15 minutes @9:00. They offered to hold our bags and we scooted over for a delightful dinner. Our room was very comfortable too. And they offer free shuttles to and from airport. We highly recommend!

The shuttle service was a great feature. I did have to wait 20 min. for the van to arrive, ensure you know the "Door Number" so the driver knows where you are waiting. I used the online registration. I expected to walk in and pick up the keys as the website indicated, however, I still had to fill out the usual check-in procedure upon arrival. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. One will have to walk several blocks to find a place to eat. I would stay here again. The property is Non-Smoking.

This is a very new hotel, so everything was clean and not yet rundown! The rooms (suites) are a decent size - with a separate bedroom and a living room and kitchen area. The bedroom was much nicer than the living room, which has a stained, uncomfortable sofa.
There is nothing near the hotel (except for a decent restaurant next door) so it's not a place where you can walk out the door and find things.
The shuttle from the airport was efficient and it's close by.
In sum, it was fine - being new bumped up my rating a bit.

Friendliest and most welcoming. Also beautiful accommodations. And being first timers in Miami, they made us feel so welcomed Neris picked us up at the airport, immediately got out and loaded our luggage, got back in and offered us a cold bottle of water. Gave us insight on the area and also connected us with a transportation option to our Cruise port. So grateful!

I’ve never written a hotel review that begins and ends with a shuttle driver, but this one does. Neris, the Candlewood shuttle driver is terrific. Great driver. Great conversationalist. Great recommendations. The restaurant next to the hotel is a wonderful, casual place. The hotel is a gem — maybe the cleanest airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Great room. Lovely bed. Impeccable service. Everything on this visit was made better because Neris got things off on the right foot when we arrived and returned us to the airport bright and early the next morning.

I did not use the trolley but I would suggest calling the hotel and asking them. I know they have an airport shuttle but downtown is a bit farther so I would definitely ask the hotel staff.
I had on my room, but I do believe that all the rooms have fridge.
To contact just phone front desk---very accommodating--I do not have their phone number handy---but just call information .
As for pickup from the airport, you will have to ask the front desk.
We arrived by car from another part of Florida.We did leave with the shuttle though.
