Very poor service and rude staff. We waited for more than an hour for our food after which only 1 item came. We had to cancel rest of our order and go to another place for dinner. Staff didnt care and was unapologetic.

Oh the band! we went here twice, as the house band was amazing! Especially the singer, loved her. Not too busy night, but our group of concierges sang along and one even went on to the stage. Keep up the great spirit, excellent bar!

Been to this place 2-3 times and like their food & service. Reasonably priced alcoholic drinks, specially for Singapore and a great location, nesteled in the lower section of Chijmes. We prefer sitting outside and watch the game on big screen munching on something. Veg...options are limited but decent enough. I remember I had left my purse there mistakenly and was on the way when I realized. Called them immediately and they assured they had it safe. We came back, collected it and was relieved coz it had everything in that was there (money but most importantly my ID cards and other important documents). I can never thank the staff enough for this. Thank you so much guys! And we'll definitely visit again, very soon :)More

Had a casual drink at this place,not crowded and my drink took almost 15 mins to arrive and I had to remind them about it. Also they conveniently allow smokers along non smoking are. Was uncomfortable that night . I hope the management will improve...on their service and impose stricter rules on smokers.More

We have been going to Berlin Bar for several years; had friends in town so decided to take them in for a drink and to enjoy the music. They had been walking most of the day and were thirsty. To my surprise, the bar wanted...to charge $7 per small bottle of water. This was never the case before and really put everyone off. Drinks cost $15 each so asking for a glass of tap water should not be an issue, especially in this climate. After the first round, we decided to move and got to a place that was ok to provide water with other paid for drinks. Doubt we will be back.More

everything just so good, maybe plus the company. and never failed ban. would be good if the staff is more attentive in refilling drinks.

Service was very bad. Nobody came over, we had to call for service staff to take drink orders. Waiter/waitress are not friendly and unhelpful.

We chanced upon this place after a gathering. Glad to find a live band playing music we love and used to groove to. The place is cosy and it’s great to see all kinds of people here; young adults, middle aged men and women (even...tourists) and silver generation folks. Great place if you’re into 80s and 90s.More

With the quarter finals in play, everyone in the courtyard cared about the football game. Despite putting up the projector screens, Berlin bar decided that it was a fantastic idea to blast their live band (with a meagre of less than 10 people possibly interested)...such that it totally drowned out the commentary. I went over to ask them to bring down the volume as everyone pretty much was very annoyed by then and very cunningly, Berlin Bar's live bands were blasted such that the neighbour bar's customers heard it louder than their own customers. In a hooligan manner, the short Chinese manager told me to go and get Bobby's manager to speak to him. His words 'No, I don't want to speak to you! You sit there so go!' Bobby's restaurant manager plead was totally ignored too. We made the comments on their FB and they took our comments down and blocked us. There are many bars in Chijmes so go somewhere in which consideration and service etiquettes are met. Ruffian attitudes and service don't marry together.More

Made a reservation for a group of friends to have drinks and food whilst watching the football on the big screens. The set up is decent, even if the layout could be improved by not wasting so much space with unnecessary tables. Food was below...average. As a group we spent over $1000 on food and drinks and it's the first time in 5 years in Singapore we have been refused TAP WATER. The reason being the bar wants to make money selling expensive mineral water. If anything this seems like a dangerous practice when you're happily serving large amounts of alcohol. The staff were rude and other were embarrassed when they told the group they wouldn't serve water. Completely bizarre policy and we won't be returning.More

A great local band plays here, Krueger. The DJ, Chris, plays an electic mix of Top 40s and retro music. The crowd is late 20s and 30s. Wednesday nights are ladies nights.

Absolutely love the outdoor ambience of Berlin bar!! Tried the Shepard's pie and Hawaiian pizza and they both were excellent! The service staff were also efficient and quick to respond. All in all, my experience there was an enjoyable one. Would definitely go there to...chill with my friends again. :)More
