This was an excellent and well planned event! Everything was great and everyone I came in contact was friendly! Only problem I encountered was of my own doing; I left my cooler at home! Luckily there was a great assortment of food and beverage available Bob site! Bravo for your excellent planning! I will definitely see you there next racing season! Gentlemen, start you engines ( lol)

This is a little gem of a Museum! We toured through the museum while we visited the LA County Fair. We thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the cars and reading about the history. They have THE Top Fuel car that broke the 300 mph speed barrier in 1992.

What a sport! We never followed NHRA but still really enjoyed the museum.

I went to a concert at the LA fair for the first time last night. The concert was great. Finding the way to get to the concert there, if you have never been, is quite a challenge! What lot do you park at? How do you get from the lot to the concert? I wanted to post here to help someone in the future! The fair grounds are huge...we learned how to proceed and I wanted to share with all of you...
Park in the BLUE GATE! Once you park you can either walk towards the pop-ups where the tram will be or walk directly towards the fairgrounds. Once you walk towards the fairgrounds you go through a tunnel to enter the fairgrounds. You will have to have any bags you bring checked through security. Once on the other side of the tunnel walk down to the right. Look for signs that say grandstand. Go past the building and enter at the far end! I hopes this saves someone time in the future!

This small museum has a delightful collection of German beer mugs in the basement, but what we particularly enjoyed were the special exhibits on the main floor. While exhibits change, the ones we visited were completely different and distinctive making for a fun compare and contrast. The museum has reciprocity with ROAM if you have membership with a ROAM-affiliated museum.

The visit exceeded our expectations! We visited the outdoor "museum" while we were at the LA County Fair. It is not part of the fair but simply adjacent to to the fairgrounds. They are open every day during the fair and the 2nd week-end out of every month. It was SO cool to climb into the engines, blow the horns, and ring the bell. The Docents are great for knowledge, history, and laughs are you tour the engines, passenger cars, and cabooses.

Good brewery with made fresh pizzas and other menu items. Elote Pizza was delish! Two craft sodas to choose from: Root beer & Passion Peach Nitro tea. Four core brews and today seven seasonal releases. Come on by. Long tables good for larger groups and lots of round tops for small groups.

A great find. Lots of great food items you won't find easily elsewhere. Also a plant nursery. Could find a lunch and drinks here for eating on the patio.

This is a cool spot. All of the beers that we tried were delicious, and everyone who works there was really knowledgeable. The service was awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

We flew down from Sacramento to see Iya Terra and Rebelution. GREAT venue! They have a green room for before the show, a rooftop bar, awesome staff and very comfortable seating upstairs. The sound is really good and the vibrations from the music make me move. I love this place!
