She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles E. Seebeck and Marian Seebeck. She is survived by : her son Neil Alan Garrett (Shannon) of York, PA; her grandchildren, Jada, Hunter and Kelli Jo; and her siblings, Chuck Seebeck (Gail), Charlotte Frideres (Ron) and Jacque Huesman (Keith). She is also survived by two great grandchildren; six nieces and nephews; and 14 great nieces and nephews.
