- pickytraveler58Midland, TX119 contributionsWe attended the Southern Gospel concert for the weekend. Attended 4 concerts. Our seats were excellent. The sound was perfect! Staff that we came in contact with were very kind and helpful. If you are sensitive to cold, you might bring a wrap. The air conditioning works very well. Parking was great. They offer valet which would be nice if needed. Parking garage is right next door and an easy walk. The performance center is in a nice area and very safe looking. The Renassance Hotel is right across the street that may come in handy for some. I heard there was a nice restaurant in the hotel which would be just a walk across the street. My only issue was getting my tickets. I ordered online and I had to check on them a couple of times which a few emails back and forth and a couple of phone calls. When they finally came over email, there was a glitch of some sort in printing them out. I called and was assured they were okay. When we showed our tickets to get in, there was a problem. I had to go to the ticket booth for new tickets. Same with parking tickets. I have no idea why. But, that was my only issue that was a bit of a stress. Just thankful it was an easy fix at the ticket booth and the line wasn't long. Next time I will have tickets mailed to me. Even though that's what I chose to begin with. - Brian H1 contributionI thoroughly enjoy the leisurely and calming activity. Currently it is relatively small, but there are some wonderful gems to be had.
My family and I go there every weekend and pick out the ingredients to make a meal with. We then get together and cook as a family. - julesmelroseDallas, TX70 contributionsI’ve been to this theater several gimes to see a few comedies. The theater crowd is always fun, and I love the small and intimate theater setting. There are no bad seats in the house! The concessions are by donation, and the lobby is fun to hang out in.
