Good food good price

Good food and excellent service. The host came by to make sure everything was good. Waitress was very friendly as the rest of the staff.

Yummy Late Lunch

Hubby and I stopped here driving by for a late lunch. Their onion soup was delicious. Hubby had an awesome cheesesteak, loaded with thick steak and cheddar. I ordered the chicken pot pie sauce was wonderful, had Chardonnay in it and gave it a unique flavor. In addition, we ordered mussels which also had a creamy sauce extremely tasty. Such a great stop!!

Great visit

Lots of outdoor dining. Live music on certain nights. Our server, James was amazing and charming. Will definitely be back.

Kudos to O'Neills

When someone suggested O'Neills during COVID and said they had set up outisde in the parking lot I was hesitant to go. They have done a fantastic job setting up the outdoor dining - obviously a lot of thought went into it. It did not feel at all like this was a converted parking lot. There were tents set up, large potted plants etc It was really done nice. Good food, excellent service and a great setting made this an enjoyable evening. Check it out.

Staying strong and kicking butt

Ollie's team is doing great with all the new challenges and kicking butt. Beer Garden is huge, safe, fun and delivers great food and service. Add a great Irish musical duo and you have a terrific Sunday afternoon. Go, go, go and relax with an awesome summer experience, support a local biz, and a step back to "normal" life.

Ribs are fall off the bone delicious

We went here as a family and everyone’s meal was wonderful. We got the last rib appetizer and no wonder. They were tender and fell off the bone with a tangy sweet sauce. Also enjoyed the Irish-style chicken curry, beef stew, and wings. We will mark this one down for a repeat visit next time we are in Norwalk.

Great place to get together for family events

Our party of 16 got together here last Sunday for a post Confirmation gathering with extended family. They have a nice section that is elevated, but sort of separate, so you feel like you have a private room, but you are not cut off from the rest of the restaurant. TV right there and the other TVs are still viewable, so no one is missing any game action! Reasonably priced and they have a very varied menu. Irish staples, of course, but something for everyone too.

For Bar food, this place was pretty good...

Went here with a group. The burgers were okay, but nothing special. Someone order the Fisherman's pie that looked pretty good. I think next time, I'll try their Banger's and Mash. Authentic Irish pub food. Quality is surprisingly good. I would definitely go back. Fork up and happy dining.

Had a great time. Game host is a lot of fun. Fish n Chips delicious. Sliders delicious and a good deal. Highly recommend on a Tuesday. Get there before 8pm.

Local pub no mystery good food

Corned beef and cabbage.. bangers and mash, Irish stew, and Irish curry chicken .. they have it all .. Budgets and I had chicken franchisee lots of lemon 🍋 mash potato and turnips yum yum .. My husband had the penne pasta with chicken in Alfredo sauce which was tasty .. Come have a Irish beer 🍺 and burger or whatever and sit near the fireplace .. all is well

Ok atmosphere, good food, somewhat loud rock music

It was an average bar/restaurant to me. Not awful, not fantastic. Probably the best game in town, but that doesn’t mean it’s great. I’d go back if I were in town, but I almost surely won’t be back because the town itself isn’t much of a destination.

Great place for a birthday lunch

Celebrated a family member’s birthday here and had a delicious lunch! Chicken curry, Cobb salad, chicken pot pie and pasta was tasty. Our server Dan was also very attentive. We also got to spin the birthday wheel which had a number of fun things on it.

Good Pub Food

Too many places call themselves "Irish pubs" but this is the real deal. Menu and beer selection reflect the Irish ambiance. Good and attentive waitstaff. Try the Shepard's Pie or Chicken Pot Pie.
