Eric Guillon is a French storyboard artist, designer and art director. He is the art director of the Despicable Me series and also the creator and designer of Minions.
Early life and career[]
Guillon started out studying application arts and worked in advertising for five years. He began working as a designer with Fantôme Animation for six years, on the series Insektors as well as the other projects.
Guillon have been working with Illumination Entertainment for over five years. He said in an interview: "It's an exciting adventure for me since I had never worked with an American team before."[1]
Personal life[]
Guillon has been living in Los Angeles with his wife and children for over a year.
