Who is new on Season 4 of SellingSunset?

Two newcomers have joined the cast for Season 4: model and frozen foods entrepreneur Emma Hernan and Mexican-American novela star-turned-real estate agent Vanessa Villela.

Selling Sunset fans, those Oppenheim couches are getting a little more crowded in Season 4,” Netflix tweeted when it introduced the new additions to the cast via social media. “Vanessa Villela, a Mexican-American novela star turned real estate agent, and Emma Hernan, an entrepreneur who has an interesting history with the ladies, have joined the cast.”

Who is leaving The Oppenheim Group?

Brett Oppenheim left to open his own brokerage, the similarly named Oppenheim Real Estate.

Davina left The Oppenheim Group and joined the Douglas Elliman agency.

“I’m really excited to be a part of Douglas Elliman and their very sophisticated and global new development division,” Potratz told PEOPLE. “My background is in new development sales and marketing, so this is just a wonderful opportunity for me. It’s just very in tune with my skills. It's not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision.”

It remains to be seen how much Maya will be a part of Season 4 as she relocated to Miami during the pandemic.

“My goal is to stay in Miami unless I have a client that’s worth me to fly for a day or two to do showings and stuff like that,” she told ET. “I’m trying to just stay put in Miami, that’s the goal.”

Are there any Selling Sunset Season 4 spoilers?

As previously mentioned, two new cast members join The Oppenheim Group, which changes up the dynamic; Chrishell, who was forced to quickly find a new home in Season 3 when she learned that hubby Justin Hartley was divorcing her, buys a new house; Heather reveals her engagement to Tarek El Moussa; and there will be some celebrity clients.

And, of course, there will be some awesome homes and the requisite drama with Christine—who, despite being a new mom and not in the office a lot, still manages to stir things up.

Christine gave birth to a son, whom she named Christian Georges Dumontet, with husband Christian Richard. We saw their wedding in Season 3; Season 4 will show us her life as a new mom and how she adjusts to the two new women at The Oppenheim Group, especially Emma, with whom she has history.

We will also see the resolution of Amanza’s court case to get full custody of her two children, Noah and Braker, with ex-husband Ralph Brown, who disappeared in August 2019.

“Viewers will finally hear what was going on with my kids’ father,” Amanza told Cosmopolitan. “A lot of questions will finally be answered. It was liberating to talk about on camera—I wasn’t trying to protect anyone’s feelings, except for my children. In season three, I kept a lot to myself, but after a year of not filming, I didn’t hold back, and it was easy for me to share everything exactly how I wanted to.”

Is there a Season 4 trailer for Selling Sunset?

There is! In it, Jason tells the women that he has hired a new agent and you get to see their reactions.

Will we see Chrishell’s relationship with Jason in Season 4 of SellingSunset?

Chrishell and Jason didn’t go public with their relationship until July 2021, and filming on Season 4 started in March, so it wrapped up without following them as a couple.

“We became best friends before anything, and I’ve never had that before,” Chrishell told Cosmopolitan. “We know everything about each other and tell each other everything. We’re silly and laugh a lot. I love that there’s no need to try and pretend to be the best version of yourself. I recommend being friends with someone first—I’ve never done that before and it’s quite different.”

Will we see Heather’s wedding to Tarek in SellingSunset Season 4?

That is a definite no. Heather and Tarek didn’t take their vows until October 23, after filming for Season 4 had been completed, which means no wedding on Season 4. That said, Heather did announce on her Instagram that an upcoming wedding special featuring her marriage to El Moussa will air on HGTV in December.

Will there be a Season 5 of Selling Sunset?

Yes, Netflix has already announced that it has picked up the series for a fifth season.
