Hello,Diane Caswell
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
We have understood your situation. If your account is linked to two phone numbers or multiple addresses for receiving verification codes, you can choose the address to receive the code after clicking Forgot Password, as shown in the screenshot below:
If you have already linked a new phone number, you can choose the new number to receive the code. If you find that you do not have any other verification methods, it means that the phone number you are using is not linked to this Microsoft account.
If you do not have access to any of the contact details used to receive the security code, you can still access your Microsoft account by filling out the online account recovery form.
The following are the steps and process for filling out an account recovery form:

Please try to explain your issues in detail during the filling process, providing all possible details, any information you have that proves this is your account.
The Microsoft Account Department may ask you to provide some information to verify your identity, such as previously used passwords, contact information in your account, recent account activities, purchase records.
We hope you find the above steps helpful, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us!
Best Regards,
