Mark B Well, the premise was interesting. Initially, I thought it could be a contemporary movie about Jim Morrison, or another tragic musician. This movie was hard to watch. The soundtrack is good and the movie's highlight but the actors look and sound as if most of them are dubbed, badly. Overall, it sounds like a first read through for a bad soap opera rather than anything resembling acting. Bruce (bless his cotton socks) delivers his long speeches standing - totally unnaturally - and the one saving grace comes when Michael O'Keefe comes in. While his acting is only tolerable, it really shows up the other actors for their stilted performances. Antonio Labeti is OK too but the rest is dire. But wait, it doesn't stop there. The actors suffer from a lack of rehearsal, wooden delivery but the lines they are delivering are garbage. The director must take the blame for a lot of this movie because, in addition, the cinematography is essentially static with extremely poor editing. I assume the storyboard doesn't exist or it was eaten by the dog the day before shooting started. I'll be quite frank, listening to the movie without watching it is less painful than actually seeing the acting. I've wasted my time in order to save your souls. No need to thank.
