I asked them to checl the cabin air filter even though my truck is only 2 years old.
It did need to be changed.
Where as I would have been told you don't need to be doing that they complied to my request rather than say you don't have one or we very rarely have to do that or some other explanation why they don't want to go to the trouble of just checking.

It took a very long time. I think the mechanic was new. They upsold things I am still not sure I needed but felt I had to. Also, the slip plate could not rbe replaced after doing the oil. They stated this was not necessary to have on. Hopefully, that is correct.

We got in the wrong line because they werent marked and didnt get anything done but the oil change. First time they never checked fluids, etc. when we were there. Turns out it was an express lane. They put the signs out when they realized and filled the windshield fluid for us. So it was all good. Everyone was super nice and the oil change and car wash were fast.

Service was excellent, everything was explained to me and they also showed me the things that needed to be replaced. I really appreciated that. The car wash was also excellent, left my car very clean. Inside and outside. I definitely going to continue to change my oil and wash my car.

the worst ever. I will never go back or refer may family or friends to go to the establishment. this was my first time using Red Carpet. My windshield was cracked due to there neg.and I had to replace it cost was over $300.00 dollars. I was out of town visiting family.The management said to me did you read the sign. I replied its my first time here.no employers pointed out .

I've going here for years for oil changes but that might change. This visit took over an hour in the service bay not including waiting in line outside. They seem confused and disorganized and worse I had to wait even longer as they had to "redrain" the car ahead as they had put in the wrong oil! Not very confident on they abilities anymore.

Pretty quick (why did we wait 10 extra minutes stuck behind the FIRST car in line, when that service was started first?) and I appreciate the cold lemonade - they can't help how hot it was. My car requires special oil and is more costly, but they're prepped to take care of the unusual oil change. The guys are always friendly and make a mundane oil change as fun as it can be.
