Thank you Alicia!!

Alicia was AMAZING! Literally helped us as best she could with everything we asked as we are very new to this entire thing. When my partner accidentally purchased the registration instead of the letter for his animal, she was able to price match what I paid in order to make the order much less expensive with his mistake! So grateful to people like her who really help and care about these little things. She even convinced us to get that subscription service haha For any future issues, we hope to get her if not someone like her again! :)

My Experience

Everyone I was in contact with was very polite and helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the councilor but I found her to be very professional and supportive. I’m still having trouble with the HOA here where I’m living but they have backed down some and are being more reasonable.

10/10 simple process

Such a quick and easy process with the help Drea provided. She makes an open and easy going environment and made it a process I wasn't dreading. Her helping cleared up any confusion that I had and she made sure I understood everything. Drea provided lovely customer service and loved being her client.

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely wonderful! I ordered my stuff and got my phone call shortly after I placed my order! The physician I spoke to was wonderful and understood how it was hard to share my issues and experience with a stranger. But they made it so easy! I got approved and all of my stuff I ordered came within a week. My documents I got in my email within minutes of my phone call. 5 stars for sure!

Overall very pleased with the services…

Overall very pleased with the services provided. Nicole was very informative and was able to educate me on which options I had available because I was unsure of how the process works. Nicole was able to help me make the decision on what would be best for me and my pet. I could tell I was speaking to someone who actually cared about my needs.

Follow Up…

Just following up from my last review (October 30th) because apparently they don’t do anything unless I leave a review!
They said I would get refunded and that they would mail me the check. It was so weird because they mailed me a tag for my dog but for some reason my address didn’t work for the check? TWICE. It got sent back twice and they didn’t even tell me the second time. It’s now been almost 4 months. Don’t use US Service animals, it’s a total scam. Emailing their “legal team” is useless, they don’t care about your experience unless you leave a review on their site.

I had an amazing experience with Reneé…

I had an amazing experience with Reneé my customer service rep. She assisted me in getting an ESA letter for my two dogs before moving into my new place. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided me a ton of information in the VIP program, in which I became a member! She also accepted a coupon I had that provided me a discount on my letter so I was able to get it expedited at basically no cost! I am very happy and extremely thankful for her friendly customer service and attention to my specific needs.!

I talked directly to the Dr Ashley Simmons

I talked directly to the Dr. and identified problems I was having getting my dog approved at my apartment complex. I received the assitance I needed, all the paperwork that needed to be completed. A very easy, and positive experience.
