    1). Are there any known methods of access.

    2. Is it possible to copy the memory in the phone as is, and thus giving us unlimited password attempts?
    IE on the 9th try, just drag and drop the memory content and start again?

    Lastly, If money isn't a factor, are there any data forensic companies that can extract data from blackberry curve handsets without the password?

    The answer to your first two questions is no.

    With regards the third I’ll let someone else answer that who has more knowledge on the subject although it’s doubtful in my opinion.

    I know someone used these guys for their Passport, was able to recover photos from her Dads phone... [URL="https://www.datarescuelabs.com[/URL]

    You should contact them about your Curve, as I think it was even easier to access BBOS data.
