上次去做左The Wave嘅米走雞食雞煲，今日就過黎隔離嘅Mini Friday食西餐🤪 佢哋除左觀塘之外仲有分店喺銅鑼灣同旺角，但淨係得呢間半自助午餐架咋❗️餐廳面積頗大，環境舒適燈光柔和，無論係情侶，一家大細定同朋友仔都好啱過黎聚一聚🥳
Mini Friday has 3 branches, located in CWB, MK and Kwun Tong, however only the one in KT offers the semi buffet lunch menu. The interior is very spacious and the lighting and decor gives off chill vibes, which is suitable for any occasion.
一坐低就會好體貼咁送上一籃酥脆香口嘅墨西哥脆片同千島醬，即刻拉高曬啲印象分😏
After they’ve led you to your seats, you’ll be given a basket of tortillas with thousand island sauce. It’s a little something that’s enough to make a good impression.
晚市套餐除左主菜亦包田園沙律，是日餐湯同一杯飲料😗 沙律加左胡麻醬同乳酸爆珠，口感好特別，酸甜嘅配搭幾開胃🥗 蘿蔔湯真係第一次飲，每啖都可以食到濃郁嘅蘿蔔味，加埋忌廉就變得更滑順😉
Dinner set includes salad, soup, main and a drink. The salad was topped with sesame dressing and popping bobas, and the flavour was sweet and sour which is very appetising. The radish soup was thick and creamy, and the flavours of radish was pretty heavy.

Grilled New Zealand Beef Fillet and Lobster with Black Truffle Gravy
紐西蘭牛隻放牧飼養🐮 以食草為主糧，所以脂肪含量比較低，食落無咁油膩之餘可以更特出香濃嘅牛味配上淡淡嘅炭燒香😙 龍蝦有半邊，肉質爽口彈牙，配埋鹹香嘅芝士一齊食鮮味十足🌊 配菜嘅薯蓉加左黑松露醬，口感濃滑可口🥔
The beef fillet had a perfect fat ratio, you could feel the fattiness but it doesn’t get too overwhelming. The lobster was grilled with cheese which makes it more savoury and fresh. The lobster meat was bouncy with hints of seawater taste. The mashed potatoes were flavoured with truffles, which gave off a strong aroma and had a smooth and milky texture.

依家凡點晚市套餐都可以加一蚊就要埋甜品，咁抵食我又點會錯過呢😎 佢哋嘅布朗尼屬於比較硬嘅質感，食落口感更飽滿😛 裡面有果仁粒粒、而且底部焗到好脆口，層次感豐富🙌🏼
You could also add a dollar if you want a dessert to come with your dinner set. The brownie was very thick and gooey, with chopped nuts inside to give it some crunch.

Chocolate Lava Cake
外面鬆化嘅朱古力蛋糕包住熱辣辣嘅朱古力溶漿，切開即刻流曬出黎😍 中間嘅醬似係用左黑朱古力，食落帶點回甘🍫 加埋雲呢拿雪糕可以中和濃厚朱古力嘅苦澀味，仲可以營造出冰火交融嘅效果🤤
The outer cake layer was crispy and moist, and the chocolate sauce spilled right out as you cut into it. The vanilla ice cream creates a nice contrast with the hot and slightly bitter dark chocolate.

瘦編今日去左觀塘搵朋友食lunch，通常係觀塘諗唔到食咩都會去The Wave搵下食。今次就去左The Wave 3樓嘅「Mini Friday」，之前食過旺角分店，今次黎試下觀塘分店！👍🏿

Lunch Menu有7個選擇，一個餐由$60-$130都，包飲品一杯，都算幾多選擇。瘦編同朋友就揀左石斑魚柳同澳洲羊架，食物質素唔錯，好新鮮，羊架肉質嫩滑，兩款都煮得岩岩好，唔會過熟。🤩

重點係觀塘分店地方空間都幾大，可以坐得好舒服，服務態度都唔錯，推介俾觀塘嘅朋友仔！😋

皇牌威靈頓牛柳 Beef Wellington
脆脆鬆化酥皮外層，中層有黑椒磨菇，內層係熟度啱啱好嘅牛柳，肉色粉嫩，肉質富彈性，果然無失望！

黑松露忌廉汁好香丶好濃，米飯硬度適中，最特別係每啖risotto有煙鴨胸味，唔係平時嗰啲分開處理，煙鴨胸只係放飯面
甜品 Dessert
望落去好似Tiramisu，但食落係朱古力味嘅，層次分明，面層係朱古力粉奶凍丶中間2層都係Mousse質感丶最底係蛋糕。

This place is really spacious and comfy, even amid the virus crisis, I still feel safe having dinner here. The food quality is nice as well, the steak has kept the tenderness. I especially like the idea of DIY pasta, which I choose the sauce, type of pasta and ingredients with flexibility, customers can choose their favorite combination~

It is the first time we tried this particular restaurant in The Wave and were pleasantly surprised. We were fairly early at 12:15 and there was still plenty of room in this rather large place. They are offering a buffet for starters and limited desert and you pick a main course from about a dozen choices.
We picked the rack of lamb and the pan fried Barramundi which we both enjoyed. On the salad bar you has some greens and beetroot but also noodles and chicken wings. And 2-4 deserts.
The service was friendly and fairly quick.
Looking around we saw a band area suggesting that evenings maybe quite lively here.

一直都好想去工廈食下野， 因為成日都聽到好多好評！今次去開觀塘，終於有機會可以試下啦！上網見呢間評語唔錯，就即刻訂台，仲可以有discount ! 呢間餐廳起the wave! 一棟翻新左既工廈！離遠都會望到外牆與別不同，色彩繽紛！同一層間開左mini Friday 同米走雞， 一出𨋢侍應會問食邊間餐廳， 燈光較暗，有啲情調， 不過雞煲嗰邊就嘈少少中間有live music, 每日都唔同人，今日系一個男仔自彈自唱，主打唱英文情歌， 有perfect duet 、remember me, let it go... 可以點唱，唱得都唔錯!
食物種類好多， 最後兩個人決定叫一個dinner set for one, 再加一個沙律，一個主菜
一叫完野食，侍應就即刻送上薄脆 好脆卜卜，唔會太油，忍唔住食左好多
腐皮蟹子沙律$88 出麵食沙律好少見到腐皮， 呢度將日本沙律放入腐皮入面，感覺又幾特別！
Appetizer: 乳酪鮮果沙律
Soup: Daily soup 無記錯系薯蓉湯(Appetizer and soup 系set dinner for one) Appetizer: 有啲爆爆珠，加落沙律又幾得意，鍾意渠有生果，唔係剩係得菜！ Soup: 我唔係太鍾意食薯蓉笑哭所以無試個湯
香烤澳洲寶雲蘇羊扒 Australian Provencale racks of lamb 羊扒份量都足 上面既香料味道足夠，唔洗再點汁都已經夠好味！羊扒大概七、八成熟 肉夠嫩！羊味夠濃！配菜有冰菜！好少地方用冰菜，因為成本都幾貴！本身自己好鍾意食冰菜， 不過呢度既冰菜俾啲羊扒整到熱左笑哭 配菜仲有紫薯蓉，甜甜地，好味！
皇牌威寧頓牛柳 Beef Wellington $358 工序有啲繁複，唔係度度都有呢個食！所以見到要試下！
切開系咁既，好明顯見到牛柳仲係紅紅地既！食落，酥皮夠脆，唔會好厚！酥皮同肉中間有啲類似蘑菇白汁，連酥皮同牛柳一齊食好夾 牛柳夠嫩，唔會焗到過籠！不過其實都好飽肚，所以都食唔灑成個！
跟餐既甜品 焦糖三重奏蛋糕🍰 本身都想試，點知dinner set 既甜品就係渠！ ！雖然有焦糖，不過唔算太甜，可接受！有好多層次，唔同口感，底部脆脆既！跟餐甜品有咁既質素，確實好好！整體感覺好好，可以一邊食野，又可以聽live! 香港唔係好多地方有呢啲貼地既live 餐廳！呢間雖然唔係好近，不過服務同食物質素都好好！反而唔係太多人，可以慢慢坐，慢慢享受！

Decent price with gool quality of food. Good for meeting friends, there is no session for dinner to make you rush to leave. Also, close to MTR station.
