The decor (5th fl at least) is a bit dated. There was some noise from the halls around midnight which sounded like a vacuum cleaner.

A 10 minute walk to the conference center, has a parking deck ($22 per day) conference rate was $189 daily
Good size rooms - quieter if not on Lakeview street side. Mini- fridge in rooms - microwaves on request.
Breakfast was a standard hot breakfast. Has a small bar and a small but good selection of hot and cold food. Lemon cranberry muffin are excellent. The beyond burger was good.
Anthony is one of the best customer service people I have met.
Good size rooms - quieter if not on Lakeview street side. Mini- fridge in rooms - microwaves on request.

This hotel met all my expectations of a Hyatt. Despite being a holiday weekend, the price was competitive. The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was delicious, filling and varied. The hotel's ambiance was perfect: classy, modern, relaxing and clean. We didn't know what to expect concerning noise and busyness since it was close to very popular areas but our concerns were put to rest right away. We wanted to spend a quite weekend celebrating our 32nd anniversary exploring this town, and we were able to do so. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions on where to go to enjoy the town.
The room and restroom were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred to have a microwave in the room to warm up my tea. Other than that, the room had all that was needed. As Hyatt club members we had the option to opt out of daily housekeeping for additional points. We are good at keeping our room tidy so it was a great perk.
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to future stays.

Parking in a garage ($22.50 plus tax/day), and even in busy times space was available. Hotel was frequently (visibly) being cleaned. Breakfast was available daily. Rooms were cleaned every few days, including sheets being changed (not just beds made).

Unacceptably slow WiFi (a speed test reported 2 Mbps down, but a robust 40 Mbps up... unfortunately upload bandwidth isn't useful for most internet activities in a hotel). Do NOT expect to reliably do any sort of remote work from this hotel's WiFi.
I stayed in a king bed room with dated furnishings, a saggy and stained couch, squeaky bed, and an intermittent noisy mechanical sound coming from the wall. The lighting is poor, and everything has this sickly yellow tinge to it.
I chose this property because the first part of my trip was spent at the Hyatt Place in Delray Beach, FL, which was great and much more up-to-date. So, I assumed the property in West Palm Beach would be equally nice place for the second part of my trip. Unfortunately, not at all.
Disappointing! I will not return.

Stayed here for work 6days , very average or sub average . 22.50 per day parking, $50 per night hold (never heard) 3rd floor wifi signal was weak. 5 floors one laundry room with 2 washer 2 dryers that is located at the end of 2fl hallway. No microwave in room. Only room service after 3rd night had to go 2hrs one way one night so stayed at holiday Inn express and honestly couldn't believe how much better it was than here. HI had hot buffet w turkey products as a choice, microwavein room . As well as continental breakfast, at $100 cheaper . No real breakfast choice. Top it off one of the two dryers left my clothes wet after 45min. Mentioned to staff and all it was was a sorry about that....not being ungrateful to job but they could've saved on this and booked me else's

My travel schedule was a bit chaotic and when I arrived to the hotel, I was so happy to settle down. The front desk employees were very kind to get me checked in so I could get to my room. The COVID procedures such as signage and hand sanitizers were readily available. My room was very clean and nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for me to go to downtown and the Palm Beach Island. I would like to think that returning to West Palm was the special part of my trip but my friends and I think the hotel itself had a big part of why my visit was spectacular. Thank you!

Apparently Hyatt Place Hotels have really noisy AC units which will keep you up half the night. Also, the room design is poor notably with the noisy AC right next to the bed and this Hotel has the slowest elevators in Florida. Breakfast is good and plentiful but if you are tea drinker take your own, They serve TAZO which, as an Englishman, is the worst. This Hyatt has a terrific location in the Palm Beach core area although there is significant traffic noise. Interestingly it now takes dogs.

We have stayed at budget motels for $150/night that were more fresh, better appointed, and better serviced than this Hyatt. No housekeeping at all, after check-in. The room view choice was a parking garage or an office building. Even the only two elevators were slow to arrive and move. This hotel is not remotely up to Hyatt standards and is an architectural failure, at least in room design. Very surprising that the Pritzger Award family has its "flag" on this dump AND IT COST OVER $600/night!

Had tickets to see the play Officer and a Gentleman at the Kravitz center. This Hyatt is so dirty and outdated. The furniture looks like it’s 1970. Dirty smelly rugs. Couch had stains and felt grimy. I happen to drop my earring which rolled under the couch. OMG there was an inch or more of dust and wrappers to something (condoms?) under there. The dust was so thick you couldn’t tell there was carpeting . We had to put towels down first and then sat on the couch . Do not walk barefoot on the rugs. Your feet will get very dirty.
Check in was pleasant. Cordial staff on 5/07/2022. Upon check in we were told about parking ($24), free breakfast and wifi. We were given a menu to the ‘cafe’ which stated they had tacos, burgers, chicken wings and more. We went to go eat in the cafe. We couldn’t find it so we asked the front desk who said “we don’t have a cafe”. I responded “you gave me a menu?” He had no idea what I was talking about. I actually got the cafe menu and showed him and said “you gave me this an hour ago”. . He said “I could go make you a burger if you want” He was going to leave the front desk to go make a burger in the bar area which was also closed. No thank you. There was no bar, no cafe, but they did have candy and snacks at the front desk. I didn’t eat the breakfast as I was too disgusted. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had clean sheets. I felt the need to buy Lysol and I sprayed disinfectant just to be sure and I sprayed for the next guest when I left knowing the maids aren’t doing their job at 100%. They take short cuts.
Forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door and was woken up quite early by the maid knocking. She wanted to know when we were leaving so she could clean the room. That’s rude! How about you just call the front desk and ask if we checked out yet instead of waking us up!
Please Hyatt, take a vacuum and clean under the couches in room 224. All that dust gave me an allergy situation that I couldn’t pinpoint until I saw the filth I was sitting on. That was an AH HA moment. Never again. I’ll stick with the Marriott where I never had anything like this happen. All in all I felt like I was in a 2 star hotel, not a Hyatt.
