Very happy customer to tell you my experience. I called by phone, I got a very good advice. The team are very knowledgeable for their products. Excellent/efficient communication. This is what I am looking for. I then ordered- I received all on time, great service. I will recommend your company is one of the best communication with customer and very helpful. Keep on good work. I appreciated it. The mattress is well packed. The service I can trust after all the worries I had as I never buy a mattress online. I normally buy direct from Silentnight. Good price too.

Love the mattress, didn’t realise how badly we needed a new one !! It was nice to try out the different mattresses in the shop before buying. Delivery and collection of the old mattress was on time, very courteous and friendly. Very happy with our purchase.

Very helpful staff in store, helped choose the right mattress. Speedy delivery within 7 days. Delivery crew very helpful, carried the big heavy mattress up quite a tricky staircase without any mess or stress, very considerate chaps with smiles on their faces. Will return & use again!

Placed an online order for a mattress which was very well priced, was contacted immediately with various delivery options and the mattress was subsequently delivered on the due date. All good, but haven’t tried the mattress yet:)
