So I’ve been snap chatting this guy for 3 months. We say I love you and everything we had plans to meet twice but both fell through. We have only video chatted like 4x. He never calls or texts and I don’t know his last name or phone number. I like talking to him but at same time I want to see him but he doesn’t know when that will happen. Any advice?

This doesn’t sound right. Snap chat doesn’t keep logs of conversations, and between you not being able to meet AND knowing so little about him, I would be highly suspicious. You should press a bit harder for something - anything - from a more permanent standpoint. More voice/video calls. ACTUAL texts (or at least messengers not Snap, even if it’s just Discord). Have conversations about families and names and whatnot.
Personally, I would see about getting the info and doing some FB and Insta stalking. Just to scope him out and see if there is anything sus he might be hiding that made his plans fall through both times.
