The images of the releases that I've seen says the song title is "Some Of Shelly's Blues", not "Shelley's".
Did someone get the name wrong and others have just copied the error?referencing Pretty Much Your Standard Ranch Stash (LP, Album, Stereo, Indianapolis Pressing, Dynaflex) APL1-0164
...Just listened to this LP for the first time and agree 100% with Gronk73 below, that Michael Nesmith is not appreciated by the mass audiences, and am not sure why. I have been collecting his music for the past few months sadly after he died recently, and am finding they are easier to find outside the US. He is amazing, especially his LP's from the early 70s.- Edited 6 years ago

Side two of "Pretty Much Your Standard Ranch Stash" is devoted to covers of traditional C&W tunes, but on side one Nesmith proves yet again that he's the greatest songwriter never taken seriously by a mass audience. High points are 'Release', 'Some of Shelley's Blues' (covered by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band three years before Nesmith's own version appeared) and the pensive, autumnal 'Continuing', but the entire album is eminently listenable.
