Gregor is in his 18th year as Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations and Compliance.

He is in charge of all aspects of NCAA compliance for Saint Martin's University's 13 intercollegiate athletic teams. Gregor currently serves on the Title IX and Athletic Advisory Board at here at SMU. He also serves on the NCAA Legislative Committee, working with fellow Division II administrators from across the nation along with the NCAA staff to review and propose new legislation and work to improve NCAA DII athletics.

Gregor is involved in the planning and participation of fundraising events for the athletic department. He also serves as a games management coordinator for men's and women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, softball and baseball. Gregor has played a critical role in planning and running of both the 2012, 2013, and 2015 &2016 GNAC Basketball Tournament along with the 2016 & 2017 GNAC softball championships.

Prior to his arrival at SMU he served as the Assistant Compliance Director at Bemidji State in Bemidji, Minn. from 2003 to 2005. During Gregor's time there he was responsible for the day-to-day operations in the compliance office. He managed the NCAA Compliance Assistant Software database for over 350 athletes and compiled data for EADA reports.

Gregor was a marketing intern for the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs in 2003 as he helped to create content for the website.

For two years from 2001 to 2003 he served as the assistant to the Associate Athletic Director at the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse. Gregor helped plan and run the WIAC Softball Championships, created a live scoring program for women's gymnastics, worked on EADA reports and helped with game operations.

He earned his master's degree in sports studies from Bemidji State in 2005 and a bachelor's of science in exercise in sports management with a minor in public relations and organization communication from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse in 2003.

Gregor currently resides in Tumwater, Wash., with his son Jack and his daughter Claire.
