When Grimoald I König der Langobarden. was born about 0600, in Cividale, Mantova, Lombardy, Italy, his father, Gisulfo II De Friuli Duke of Friuli, was 47 and his mother, Romilda Von Friaul Herzogin von Friaul, was 45. He married Uta von Baiern Königin der Langobarden about 0660, in Swabia, Bavaria, Germany. He registered for military service in 662. He died in 0671, in Pavia, Pavia, Lombardy, Italy, at the age of 72, and was buried in Ticino, Switzerland.
