Pop singer Lesley Gore left a modest estate to her longtime partner, Lois Sasson, according to her will which was made public Wednesday.

Documents filed in Manhattan Surrogate Court put an early value on her estate at less than $50,000 for the singer whose hits like “It’s My Party” and “You Don’t Own Me” hit the top of the billboards in the 1960s.

Gore died in February at age 68 after struggling with cancer.

In an affidavit filed with the will, former Manhattan Surrogate Renee Roth said she knew Gore and Sasson for more than 20 years, even staying in their house in Bridgehampton in 1997-98 while Roth’s home in Wainscott was being built.

Roth said Gore and Sasson “were in no hurry” to get married after gay unions were legalized in New York in 2011 because they were “too old to have children.”

Roth said that last spring, the couple finally made wedding plans and asked her to perform the ceremony in the fall.

“But Lesley became ill and visits to doctors and hospitals occupied their time. Eventually she became too sick to go to the Municipal Building to obtain a marriage certificate,” Roth said.

The judge offered the affidavit to support the “kinship” relationship between the pair.

Gore left everything she had to “my beloved life partner, Sasson,” in the will, which was signed in October 2012.

A New Jersey native, Gore was a junior in high school when Mercury Records released her first single, “It’s My Party.”

It was not only a hit for Gore but also for the legendary Quincy Jones, who signed her to the label. She followed that with “Judy’s Turn to Cry,” which also sold more than a million copies.

Her recording of “You Don’t Own Me” became an early feminist anthem.

In 1980, she co-authored a song with her brother, Michael Gore of Pound Ridge, called “Out Here On My Own.”

Part of the “Fame” soundtrack, it was nominated for an Academy Award.

In addition to her brother, she leaves her mother, Rony Gore, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
