What travelers are saying
- Sanja L5 contributionsIt’s located in Daluoshan so if you are already there I suggest you include a hike while you are at it.
Daluoshan offers a variety of hiking trails, most with a great view over Wenzhou.Written August 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Also really liked watching people swim, but wouldn't do it myself for fear of attracting ebola or some exotic flesh eating bacteria. Walked to Jingshan forest park after, would recommend both if you're into nature, views and walking.Written July 27, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Patrick TWenzhou, China56 contributionsA few friends and I biked here from Wenzhou (return trip is 120km) and really enjoyed it. The views are great and it's not too crowded. We stayed at a guest house in a small village near the end of the scenic area in the mountains. There are many of these types of places, where you can get a home cooked meal and a room for cheap. Next time I visit Zeya, I plan to bike the other side of the looped road and do the white water rafting.Written August 28, 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ian AndersonShanghai, China158 contributionsThis is an island park in the Wenzhou river. Well worth a half day visit. 5 minutes by ferry from Jiangxin Ferry terminal. Park is well laid out, attractive, varied and relaxing to stroll around, even with many people there. The British took charge of Wenzhou 1877-1900 and built their consulate on the island, which is now a small museum, worth a visit. Some drinks/snacks available and one Cantonese restaurant. - Erin SWenzhou, China10 contributionsI used to live in Lucheng district and would walk in Yangfushan park regularly. It's a large, well-manicured park, where one can take a really lovely walk or pack a lunch. The mountain itself has a few stepped paths leading up, not technical or too difficult, though you may want to take a few rest breaks if you're out of shape. A few areas of the steps are a bit steep. Once at the top you have a wonderful view of the north side of Wenzhou, including over the river and to the mountains. On a nice day, it's a really lovely hike. Like most places in China, it's over crowded on holidays, but great on just a regular weekday.Written October 23, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jim RColumbus, OH29 contributionsFor those 50+ suggest you do not hike to top of the Falls as it is about 1 mile almost straight up !! Best way to see the Falls is to hike up to the base of the 3rd Falls, not too strenuous and then return to the starting point at the parking lot..Written December 4, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - liucy752Taipei, Taiwan1,504 contributionsThis is a large park on the hill "Jingshan". The "Wenzhou Zoo" is in this Park.
There is a highway on the hill. You can park at any parking lot and then go hiking in the park. The scene is gorgeous and impressive, another highlight is beautiful temples and monasteries on the hill. For example, the famous Huguo Temple (護國寺).
In a shop near by the Ching-lien Monastery (青蓮禪寺), I tried a bowl of Wenzhou Sha Noodles (溫州沙面). It tasted great!!Written November 22, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
