We will work to eliminate unhealthy thinking patterns and create goals to address your specific mental health concerns.

I enjoy working with concerns such as anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, depression, and trauma. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, Behavioral Activation, and Exposure Response Prevention when working with clients in therapy.
