Scottish rockers Big Country are set to bring their Return To Steeltown 1984-2024 tour to Ireland to mark the 40th anniversary of their UK Number 1 album Steeltown.

The band were formed in Dunfermline in 1981 by Bruce Watson and the late Stuart Adamson, who were joined by drummer Mark Brzezicki and bass player Tony Butler.

They broke massively worldwide with the release of their debut album The Crossing in 1983 and fans can expect to hear that album's classic singles Fields Of Fire, Chance and signature song In A Big Country on the Irish dates.

The run of success continued with Steeltown in 1984, which featured the hit singles East Of Eden, Just a Shadow and Where The Rose Is Sown.

The Psychs

Support for all dates is from Dublin and Kildare rockers The Psychs.
