If you want more damage you can swap the master crafting procs towards strength instead of maximum life. Prioritize % Maximum Resist to all Elements on Tyrael's Might Prioritize Damage Reduction from Close on Yen's Blessing Use 2-handed Bludgeoning for WW for higher base damage on Dust Devils. Dual-Wield weapons should be swords ideally.

Gameplay Loop

General Gameplay:

One of the Strong points of Whirlwind, over any other skill, is the fact that you can always be on the move while still doing damage thus, make sure to use this to your advantage. While we do have a lot of Damage Reduction on this build, the best way to mitigate damage is to avoid it altogether, so see that you are always Dodging and Weaving any potential damage. Doing circles around your opponents is a nice way to achieve this but don't restrict yourself to this pattern and be creative with it, do squares, triangles, double backs, a Pentagram to summon Lilith, Zig-Zags, up to you.
Survivability is key, in case you find yourself in a specially difficult situation, there is no shame on doing a tactical retreat while your Shouts are down.

Single Target

Start by dashing in with Lunging Strike and using your Ultimate with Rallying Cry, followed by Challenging Shout and War Cry, or vice versa, in a staggered fashion, so you can cycle them later if needed.
Remember to keep uptime on Aspect of Might by using Lunging Strike every 6 sec.

How It Works

This build excels in its speed, tankiness and clear making it a formidable Pit pusher and speed farmer.
Even tho we have amazing clear, if you Shotgun bosses with your Dust Devils, it can still one shot early Pit Tiers.
This build guide focus on tankiness and fluidity, as you wont get damaged if you can avoid it because you are never stuck in a bad situation, to that effect Cooldown Reduction is the most important stat on this build and it's literal lifeblood, you should never settle when it comes to it, as it allows you to always be spinning with high uptime on both your shouts and Ultimate, scaling exponentially for the later because of the Marshal Glyph.
