I had an apartment with balcony with a great view and it was perfect.Its only a few hundred meters down a steep road and you are in the centre.The hotel was great and all the staff very friendly and helpful.I would reccommend this hotel to everyone.I hope to go back.Sarajevo is realy worth a visit .Great place and great people.

The Michele is an extraordinary hotel. The staff is uniformly helpful, courteous, and informed. Our room was large and beautiful, with a kitchen, which we didn't have occasion to use, and a terrace, which we did. The decor is Austro-Hungarian and quite unique and wonderful. We could not have made a better choice for accommodations in Sarajevo.

first of all, the staff were really good about answering e-mails (and quickly) long before i even checked in. they helped out with reserving bus tickets for me and gave good info about the city and getting around. location is near the latin bridge which is very convenient for central sarajevo. it is well connected to the bus station by tram. beddings, bathroom, fur...

The room was clean, well laid out, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and most accommodating, truly willing to go out of their way for the comfort of their guests. An excellent stay, with parking to boot!

More than 1 km walk up a steep hill from the Cathedral part of Sarajevo, without tram. Gasp. I booked a twin with aircon - they put me in a single without aircon. So they moved me to a room with aircon but it was only a single. The carpet was really old and so smelly. I would not stay there again.

10/15min walk from bus/train station. Not by old town but is a nice long walk or lots of bike/public transport options. Staff is very friendly. My room was off the road and quiet. Good shower. A little musty smell, but overall a good experience

I came during the film festival and the staff here were great; super friendly and casual. The room was clean. I got the private room with private bathroom. Perfect location. I would stay again next time.

The hotel has very helpful staff & is efficient with the check-in process. There is a gated secure parking space within the hotel compound. The room we had was on 3rd level, we did not get the best sunset view over the caputal. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is absolutely perfect for the old town, you are right in the middle. I really enjoyed my stay and would use again if I visit Sarajevo again.

A modernised hotel in a slightly down at heel but central location. After the first night we realised that large areas of Sarajevo are still suffering the legacy of the war so our hotel was fairly typical. Very close to many restaurants and bars. Provided a very good breakfast.

Hostel is located within the city center and is easy to find. Staffs were extremely helpful with your queries. Room size was satisfactory but the bed was not very comfortable. The only negative was that for our taste the beds were on the hard side. I highly recommend the Petit Prince.
